President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has departed the United Kingdom for Paris, , where he is expected to attend an “important engagement”.
This was disclosed by his Senior Special Assistant on Political and other matters, Ibrahim Kabir Masari.
Tweeting via his verified handle, @KabirIbrah64, Masari said he had the honor of visiting President Tinubu at his private residence in the UK, where they engaged in productive discussions before he departed for Paris.
“Today, I had the honor of visiting President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR at his private residence in the United Kingdom, where we engaged in productive discussions. We then departed for Paris, , for another important engagement”, Masari said.
However, details of the engagement were not made public.
President Tinubu departed Nigeria on Wednesday, October 2, for a two-week working vacation in the UK, as part of his annual leave.
Recall that Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, in a statement on October 2, announced Tinubu’s departure for the two-week vacation
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja today for the United Kingdom to begin a two-week vacation, part of his yearly leave.
“He will use the two weeks as a working vacation and a retreat to reflect on his istration’s economic reforms.” Onanuga had said.

Continuing from where Buhari stopped.
The only good thing in all these is some northerners will see how stupid they looked and sounded when they were defending Buhari.

Just look at someone some people from his region are still defending like they have done Nigeria a very good thing, I'm still dealing with some of them this morning on Nairaland and you wonder why Nigeria is the way it...This is one major reason I want Nigeria to divide into different countries, our ideologies are not the same

Sadly in 2015, the leadership of the country was taken over by a character that was not only clueless about the economy, he also had no interest in fixing it and as a result of this the economy of the country plummeted for eight straight years under his rudderless leadership.
The country had another opportunity in 2023 when a new leader was elected. Sadly hopes were dashed when another questionable character was imposed on the country under very dubious circumstances as president. The notorious "nah statistics we go chop" CSU certificate forger.
The resultant effect is that the country's economy has continued to plummet as a result of the mismanagement of the country's resources and the rudderless economic policies of the istration. From top to bottom. Fear APC! Irredeemable senseless bunch of idiots.

It's not really about ideology. The fact is nobody likes this country, and nobody is invested in it's progress.
Those people from that region you talked about, they won't vote a Bola Ahmed Tinubu if they had a country of their own. But nobody loves Nigeria. So it becomes a game of who wins and who doesn't.
It's not totally a matter of ideology. It's a game of superiority, to make a statement, tribal and/or religious, at the cost of the country.

Nigeria is the way it is, because people think that the world owes them a living.
For example, we want good light, good water, cheap food, cheap petrol, good railways, good roads, schools and unis that look like those in saner climes, and we want all that on a budget of less than 20 billion dollars us....where some of the saner climes spend 50 billion for health care alone.
70% of the country does not pay tax, 40% of the country does not pay for power bills and the rest mostly underpay, and petrol subsidy would need to eat two thirds of our budget if we had to pay for fuel at N100 per liter
And you think the same issues won't follow us into our new countries?
Developed countries made hard choices to get to where they are.

Shameless people.
How many times has he visited since becoming the President? Can someone remind us please? Abi na importer?
By the way, when was the last time a British Prime minister paid either a state or private visit to Nigeria?
With all the years of colonization and complaining, which of those Presidents owns a private one room apartment in Nigeria?
Buhari and Tinubu dey break records as they like.

No matter the level of evil or corruption being perpetuated by Nigerian politicians\leaders, there will always be a Nigerian ing them unfortunately, this same Nigerian will be dragging front seat, sandwiched between the driver, another Nigerian in front seat of mini-buses that don't even have space and be loaded like olden days sardine
