Aregbesola versus Oyinlola. Oyinlola’s lawyer was proven to be communicating with the judges handling the election case. The senior lawyer was disbarred and cannot practice law in Nigeria forever.

Two different scenarios here. If Atiku had succeeded in getting a court indictment against Tinubu in the US, that indictment would have served as enough grounds/evidence for the courts/tribunal to stop Tinubu.
