This customer had been using our 1600w 12v Pure sinewave EASun inverter since December 2023. Towards the end of last year, he reached out to inform me that there was a lightening strike that affected the inverter.

Sadly, by the time he reached out to me, he had already given the inverter to a technician in his location as he needed an urgent fix, but the technician had been unable to fix it so he came to me as a last resort

I told him to send it back to me for repairs immediately. Most of the parts had been cannibalised by the time it got here, but we were able to fix the inverter and it has been working very well since nearly 2 weeks and carrying the appliances it was carrying before.

I called an installer and was told same thing. later, I was discussing with someone and he said I should not mind them that it will work well if I install the 2 new , then connect it to another face on thesame charge controller

unless you do not mind the 615w pannel working as 280w which is a lot of lost then you can go ahead.

my honest advise is get the same rated s and do not mix s of different rating, but if you are hell bent of using the 615w then get an external charge controller so you can rip the benefit.

Test was done around 2pm with a neighbour's submersible with unknown hp. I only assumed the hp above based on the pressure observed. Hp could be between 0.5 and 1hp.

Current draw was 55a on a 12v 100ah LifePO4 . Test was roughly 5min and battery hit 12.3v. Na curiosity push me enter this oo.

Depending on the specifications of the 280w s, you could potentially do some nifty wiring to achieve minimal power loss. Maybe 2S2P the four s, and then series or parallel that with the new 615w s, based on the demands of your MPPT.

I think you can parallel all the 280w then run it with the jinko in series it will now be 3s1p
