England has 3 out of top 8 in UCL automatic qualification. doesn't have any. In fact, England team in Liverpool topped the table. In Europa league, the two England team made the automatic qualification and then in Conference League, the only England in Chelsea topped the table without drawing or losing a game.

Forest barely survived 1-1 against Liverpool
&Bournemouth trashed Forest 5-0.

Forest lacks the quality & squad depth to contend for the Title.

The boy is fire, and he deserves a start in big matches. But, of course, Arteta likes to do seniority.
Calm down. The last time he started, he ended with an injury that kept him out for 3/4 matches. Growth is gradual. The coach knows better. If he had no plans for him, he wouldn't bring him out of Hale End in the first place (at age 15 for that matter!).
