A coach that played under Aragounes, Sinclair and Van Gaal can't be tactically dumb. When he talks, it is better to pay attention.

Finidi was actually giving a deep education on modern day philosophy. Players now have roles and duties. Instead of restricted positions. Look at Dembele or Kvaratskhelia play yesterday, taking up multiple positions. It showed fluidity than just formation.
