Liars. Why una never come back? F!re hot but u still dey inside

Omoredia, I was not expecting this from you.

So, imagine you spent £15k for a Masters in Project Management, extra costs for flight ticket, visa, renting a flat/studio and finish after a year. You now spent around £3k on visa extension post-study. So that person should just pack his bag and return to 9ja? And he shouldn't let others know of his own reality? shocked shocked

I know many in 9ja have bad belle towards abroad people. But come on.

I stopped advising people about coming or not coming abroad about 10 years ago.

I tried to be honest with people, so they can be ready (intentional) about coming. Due to similar comments like yours, I just tell them good luck. Nothing more.

So are you expecting the British govt to pay for things you used? Do you get those free in Nigeria?

If you don't want to pay bills then leave the UK and move to your village in Nigeria.

You must be living in a cave in the bush.

Where do you see Nigerians paying council tax, TV licence, road tax and all sorts of scam taxes?

I hate this kind of post. Did anyone force them to remain wherever they are? You are complaining and choose to remain in the same UK. If it is as bad as claimed, then return back to your home country.

If you watch the Unity cup in Brentford ! You will see how Nigeria took over 80% population of the stadium and that’s just 14k Nigerians population in one city! Oya image the rest of the UK! If the UK was so bad! Nigeria will drive out the UK in mass! No allow anyone to lie o you!

If you have ur funds! Pls pls go and get urself a good life in the UK

But don’t sell family house oh!!

Ire oh 🙌

Stop reasoning like a child.

This is how you people end as slaves in Libya, begging Nigerian govt to evacuate you.

A stadium view is what you are using to judge the situation.

What was the point of your education if your reasoning is so simplistic and shallow?

Don’t let anyone lie to you! If there is no life in the UK, why are they still there?

The best thing one can do in Nigeria now is to quit your job, sell your house and all other assets and move to the UK. If you can sell everything in a short time frame and make it to the UK, just know you have made it. They will never tell you that, the UK government will give you €10,000/month for 6 months when you arrive UK.

A country where with 6 months of hard work as a nurse or truck driver, you can be able to afford a mansion in Banana Island.

Don’t listen to naysayers, they don’t want you to come. If you lucky to be wealthy or have parents who are wealthy, start selling anything you can lay your hands on and come to the UK.

Too many jobs in the country and you can never go broke. You can build a 3 story triplex yearly in Nigeria if you hardworking
Sarcasm that can be the only explanation for this comment lol.

Many are returning to Nigeria.

You think they will knock on your door when they return?

Those who have not have every right to describe the situation there, as a warning to others, and they will, whether you like it or not.

Only nursing and medicine certifications may allow jobs to look for you in the UK.

AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, AR/VR are other areas where you will be sort for.

The medical line is hot because of shortage. Other areas are hot because of expansion...

The UK is now an extension of Lagos.
That's what happens when you open doors for mass influx of people from lawless countries. The probability that you gonna absorb a lot of such people is definitely gonna be very high.

Huh, look up the history of England with all its wars with and Spain over materialism and colonialism. They have been lawless to the bone for centuries. Who do you think taught African leaders how to loot and store billions in off-shore s and in phoney shell companies?

I made that comment because instead of some people to find solutions to their problems, they start complaining so as to discourage other people.

How much would that cost you kwanu?
Isn't the amount "prosperity" enough on Its own?

My dear, it's almost the same everywhere. If you choose to stay in Nigeria, that’s a huge price on its own. If you are enterprising and hardworking but not rich or well-connected, living in a country that isn't functioning properly can be a dream killer.

The Nigerian system sets you back for at least 10 years—if you are fortunate. That means you lose 10 years of your life simply by living in Nigeria, unless you are one of the highly connected and wealthy.

My advice to people is this: if you ever plan on leaving, leave early—preferably before your 30s.

That post is a sponsored post to discourage people who wish to Japa.

People are living great here, with first class infrastructures and high standards of living

No sane Nigeria living in Europe would want to come back.

Opportunities abounds here, with bright future prospects for you and your family

I will not even advice my enemy to go back to Nigeria.
Opportunities doesn't abound in Europe you are a liar, probably living in your village somewhere in Nigeria.

By the way, I also professionally listen to people and get paid by the hour, that is what part of my degrees is for.😂😂😂

Now back to the matter, I belong to some UK groups where some Nigerians with British ports will be yabbing nonsense about how UK is not a conducive place to live in, people are wasting their lives and time moving to the UK but Uncles and Aunties are still living in the UK, refusing to denounce their British ports and relocating back to Nigeria because they don't see themselves surviving there!😂😂😂

Some derogatorily asked why did I come over, within 3 years of being in the UK, I work in the civil service as a permanent staff of a London borough as a Clinical Practitioner while some of them are still scrapping by.

This UK is not solely by who first come!

I don’t think these messages from Nigerians in the diaspora are ing to Nigerian residents are false. I have a close brother living not even in the UK but in Canada; he’s always complaining how residents in Canada fall into depression due to economic crisis.

In my opinion, anyone who desires to migrate to a foreign country should do enough due diligence.

We should avoid taking immigration decisions blindly.

Traveling out doesn’t guarantee financial independence.

They better start returning back home to live a life of

Unemployment
Insecurity
Bad roads
Dilapidated educational system
Sub standard health care/facilities
Endemic corruption.
The list is endless, living in Nigeria is akin to living in hellfire

The African slaves will not agree with the experience ones there. They will call them enemies of progress. Some will even tell them to come back to Nigeria if they are sure that they are not making it there but they forget that many of them there don't have transportation to come back.

What most peeps dont know is that the japa is for the future of the kids, not the Adults. The kids would have a better chance growing into the system than the adults who are already fully grown.hence, even if it is to sweep the roads to ensure that the kids remain in Uk, the parents / adults would do it. Any full grown adults that think that he / she is travelling abroad to become rich is just making a grievous mistake. The actual context of travelling abroad is to provide an opportunity for their family.....

Oyinbo defender.

The council tax you pay goes to road maintenance, policing, street cleaning, street lighting, bin collection and the list goes on, you don’t have to pay TV licence if you don’t watch live programmes.

You can see how good tax-free Nigeria is, good roads, police services are free, ambulances are free, free healthcare, no generator noise? Keep deceiving yourself
