2. Premier league clubs have been trying to sign him...and everytime, the money has always been the issue. Same issues Juve and other italian clubs have.

It is, but the thing is, Barca and Man U are in financial straits.

Man U's owner is even doing severe cost cutting measures. And they failed to qualify for any European club competition next season, that's millions of euro gone in an instant. I don't even think that Ratcliffe is planning to sign any new players...he probably would sell sell sell...even sell Casemiro, and use the money to get cheaper but good players. Not Osimhen level players.

One, with him or not, Galatasaray will win 80% of the leagues until 2030. They are not going to win the champions league within the same period. So why should they pay him €100m. Osimhen is overestimating himself. Even PSG and Man City can't roll out such money for a player like him.

Two, with this kind of attitude and demand, European clubs in the top league might start looking else where if he was initially on their radar.

Three, if Galatasaray refuses the deal and releases him, he's in trouble. His value will plummet. That is why club like Chelsea is avoiding him. His wages would definitely cause comotion in dressing room. Other players will start demanding for huge wages. Imagine Cole palmer collecting 130k and Sancho is demanding for over 300k. Chelsea don place Sancho and Manu on condition. Manu is willing to sell him at 25m. Chelsea agree to pay on the condition that Sancho reduce his wages cos there is this wage structure in Chelsea. If any player demand above the limit, then the player will be sold.
