highest is 160..u can put it any range u like but dont put it to maximum..1-159 is good

I can't really explain those concepts, its something that needs you messing around your phone yourself and could equally brick it.
so I think Google is tha best teacher for this kind of stuff bt I can help you if you get stuck

Tweetums, since you have tried everything and your playstore is still not working, I would suggest you get a backed up stock rom, from any H6 and flash it, hopefully, it might work. I am no phone expert, but it's just a suggestion.
