A huge amount owed. While people who want to go into msme can't find little little funds...hence high level of poverty and joblessness.... But my problem is with the youths who applaud them.

The Bayelsa Senator, however, said he did no wrong in defaulting on his loans. “There is no shame in taking loan,” he said in a Twitter session.”If I didn’t take loans, I wouldn’t be able to employ 1000 Nigerians. If your default had killied Union Bank, thousands of the workers would have lost ther jobs and millions of depositors would have lost their hard-earned money- Now that's commonsense. SeverusSnape: Nobody celebrated his downfall. We only advised him to use his common sense to manage his business better next time. N11billion is huge, he should pay up before bad mouthing state governors who are are owing just like him. 169 Likes 11 Shares |

As a shareholder in union bank, I lost so much money due to his inability to repay common loan. he is always seen dishing out common sense to FG on how to run a very big entity like NIGERIA while a small business under his care is collapsing. #commonsenseindeed 97 Likes 3 Shares |

It's a good decision that AMCON reconsidered the reopening of Silverbird and other businesses possessed by them. It's not only about Ben Murray-Bruce but over 1000 staff are being affected by this possession. Let's get it cleared that each of these 1000 staff has atleast 3 dependants whom they feed. This make it a total of 3000 that benefit directly or indirectly in Silverbird galeria and other businesses in possession owned by Ben Murray-Bruce. Leave the master of common sense and let's face the reality.

I really wish this man a positive bounce-back. Not blaming AMCON for their actions, at least, they have to devise a means of recovering their money. 4 Likes |

iykedare: There is nothing normal in owing N11billion for several years and refusing to pay while at the same time, mocking others who can't pay staff salaries. A man who cant use his common sense to manage his private business successfully should not advice state governors on how to run a debt free state. 56 Likes 2 Shares |

Senator Ben, you did well. ![]() Actually it is not easy to run a business in Nigeria with issues like electricity, Heavy Tax, Bills here and there. Yet you kept going ![]() I preferred you borrow than to steal your constituency money. ![]() It is well. I hope you recover fast so that you can reclaim your company. You are in my prayers 13 Likes 3 Shares |

“That the receiver has taken over the finances of the organisation together with the istrative office. The purpose being that if the essence is to recover the money that is outstanding against these companies, then also the receivables that would come from the businesses should be the fundamental target pursuant to the order of the court".......Journey to recover the money.

daprince098:Amcon never closes a business, the just change management. Amcon has taken over Aero contractors, Bicourtney and so many other companies. The shut down was to enable the change of management. Nigerians need to separate business from politics. 22 Likes 1 Share |
