I withdrew from Zenith ATM with my GTBank Naira mastercard on Monday, there was no prompt as usual that I will be charged N100 for using the ATM. Some minutes later, I received alerts that I was charged N1000 for ATM commission. This angered me. I then sent a strong complaint in an email to the customer care. I received reply shortly that my complaint has been sent to appropriate section for correction. Yesterday I checked my bank statement, that N1000 has been re-credited. Not a single kobo was charged for ATM commission. Thank God. ATM N100 charges is gone for good but let's be wary of any consequence that might come as a result of it like ATM inability to dispense cash in most of the banks with small customers.

I received an alert from First Bank on Monday and since then no charges when I use my atm card at other banks

I used my Skye card @ Wema machine yestrdy & no extra charge was deducted.

GTBank is still charging. in fact, i opened a new with them two weeks ago and yesterday when they called me to come get my letter with ATM card, it stated clearly that i will be charged 100 should i make withdrawal. this letter was dated 14/12/2012

Thank God. I can now spend just transport money to withdraw, as THERE IS NO ATM IN THE ENTIRE ABIA STATE UNIVERSITY.

confirmed removed in many banks. in as much as it looks like a good innovation, i see traps. If i'm a bank, why should i maintain my atms since i make nothing out of them?

Made a transaction at Skye Bank using my Access Verve ATM card&wasn't charged nada.3 3 gbosas to Sanusi wherever he is.

find dt strange, prior to 17th withdraw with my diamond card 3ce on skye n was nt charged n on d 17th, used my diamond card on skye n was also nt charged n100
