We do the T-Foundation for places that have been filled for less Than a year. Its just to ensure the building sits on a solid flat foot instead of a Straight foot, this will then reduce the Settling of Building into the Ground.

Expenditure so Far Excluding Filling, and Community Levies, is N6,200,0000

I must commend your formwork; despite the fact that they are 1 x 12 planks, they look very neat and smooth and seem that they can be reused like once or twice.

Thanks a Lot sir. A properly done Job is what we fight to archive Day bin Day out.

As for the wood, its our Normal White 1 x 12 Wood sold in the Market. You just have to properly hand pick the ones you feel will be usefull for you, before paying for them.
