Why are Nigerians mediocre in their reasoning ?? Everyday, a tanker must fall somewhere. If it's not fuel tanker, it's dangote tanker, or water tanker, now flour tanker. Don't we understand basic laws of physics?? Are there no background and safety checks on people and haulage vehicles?? Or maybe God didn't gift Nigerians, and blacks in general with the required intelligence to be technologically self sufficient. 2 Likes |

So sad, this country still have a long way to go. Most of these goods can be transported using railway means, to relieve pressure off our roads while reducing cases of Tanker and trailer breakdown/accidents all the time.

If the flour had spilled on the road, i mean on the floor, FRSC would not have been able to control the situation due to the amount of Ibadan hardworking market women ready to take their share of free flour for sale
