A truck carrying flour fell across the road at Conoil filling station on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway this afternoon. The Federal Road Safety has diverted traffic diverted to Ibadan-Lagos from First AP filling station while effort is ongoing to clear the tanker off the road.

FRSC has advised that Motorists coming from Lagos should take note, while getting to first AP filling station are to Motorists on Ibadan-Lagos to follow one way to Sagamu Interchange before they can now their lane back. Motorists coming from Ibadan going to Lagos are to maintain their lane. FRSC personnel are working to make sure normalcy is restored back very soon even with heavy down fall experiencing at the moment on the express. More photos below;

Why are Nigerians mediocre in their reasoning ?? Everyday, a tanker must fall somewhere. If it's not fuel tanker, it's dangote tanker, or water tanker, now flour tanker.
Don't we understand basic laws of physics?? Are there no background and safety checks on people and haulage vehicles??
Or maybe God didn't gift Nigerians, and blacks in general with the required intelligence to be technologically self sufficient.

So sad, this country still have a long way to go. Most of these goods can be transported using railway means, to relieve pressure off our roads while reducing cases of Tanker and trailer breakdown/accidents all the time.

Is this flour for honey well wheat mill?
Blessograo(f): 9:35pm On Jun 21, 2016
If the flour had spilled on the road, i mean on the floor, FRSC would not have been able to control the situation due to the amount of Ibadan hardworking market women ready to take their share of free flour for sale
