Not all people do but I include O level, CV, birth, and LG Origin. for them to know how authentic my info are. Since those are what they ask for in their letter.
I was opportune to glance through b4 submitting some did.

any of your documents that reflect qualification(s) other than OND, NCE or ATS(ICAN).

Those that had B SC and the qualification above had to edit their documents at the nearest Computer centre to reflect the NCE OND or ATS only
