Don't mind these zombies. Everything GEJ initiated was bad and insignificant then, but when APC leaders VISIT the sites, it becomes "Sai Buhari! Nigeria will be great again!"

As at 2014, we had about 95% completion but zombies will give Buhari credit.

The Kashimbila Hydropower Station, being constructed in Taraba State, is a 40 MW Multipurpose Dam. Feasibility and the detailed designs for the dam was executed by International firm Aurecon. The dam was initially slated for 18 MW capacity, but following further studies, was expanded to 40 MW. The dam also includes other components such as a water supply intake and a water treatment plant, Construction at the site has attained 95% completion. The plant will be able to deliver water to 400,000 people and will also be able to service 2000 hectares of farmland, with irrigation, assisting 8000 people.

Even Tinubu's newspaper, The Nation wrote about this during GEJ and confirmed it was 95% complete, but no, zombies must praise Buhari.
Someone should tell Fashola and Buhari to stop trying to take credit for GEJ's projects. They should do something with the N6 trillion they budgeted and stop making it look like they spent the monies on already completed projects.

Inside Kashimbila dam

Michael Rolbin has spent the last three years working on the Kashimbila dam almost twenty four hours every day. As the Project manager of the SCC managed multi-billion naira Kashimbila dam project, the successful completion of the project rests on his judgement.

“This is my home,” he said, waving his hand in a semi circle to indicate the construction site. He was standing on top of the dam with officials from the Ministry of Water Resources and Tourism. “We have been working here for 24 hours for two years. This is hard work.”

Rolbin did not exaggerate. When the project was first inaugurated in 2007, the construction company moved to site and began the foundation work. But, government was to abandon the project until 2010 when President Goodluck Jonathan resuscitated the project, a December 2014 deadline was set and since then, it has been a race against time.

According to Rolbin, work on the dam is 95 per cent completed. One of the iconic sights is the massive turbines, which will generate 40 megawatts of electricity. There are four turbines each with installed capacity to generate 10megawatt electricity.
