A time is coming in Nigeria, states with be presenting N5tr budget. What is most important is the execution.

All eyes on Lagos and Cross River, they currently have the highest states budgets in Nigeria.

A budget of 70% capital is one targeted at development. When will Nigeria catch up?
A result of 18 years of progressive Govt, starting from Tinubu in 1999.
Compare that with 10% of Capital budget under PDP .
Now under an APC Govt, it is 30% Capital with plan to increase.
18 Years of APC leadership will see Nigeria closing the gap with Lagos state.

Interesting

For the amount of money it gets Lagos has the most OPAQUE budget.

They don't want you to know what they're spending on which is why they not only have REFUSED to domesticate the Freedom of Information act but are currently appealing the courts judgment that the FOI applies to Lagos regardless of domestication.

As expected 1 trillion for Lagos it's appropriate. This story needs details. We dont know the revenue, expenditure, capital vs recurrent cost etc.

Don't call that lame my friend. Tag him if you want his opinion. The budget project makes sense anyway. The last budget was 800m. It's not a big jump.
