I think this forum is filled with illetrates who cannot comprehend, after the man said the money was not given to FG and its ministry to manage but NGO and state government, everybody that made comments was saying and they cannot fix power fix road. These are foreign donors funds mostly for NGOs for programs like HIV, Food deficit, Polio, Family Planning, Save the Children, Clean water initiatives e.t.c.
