You are not making sense because PDP is strong in NE, NW, and SW too, they have Governors there , Apc need SOuth, because they are not sure of winning in NE, NW after Buhari.

Buhari won just kano but he said either d candidate wins 2 of the 3 states and for a party to win 1 of those states politically some states around the said political region will follow the political landscape
E.g if lagos vote AD ogun state will follow suit and some other south western states, even if AD won't win ogun the margin will be slim but I doubt if AD won't win, its just example
