LAWMA needs to do better in of providing more operational trucks and manpower. You can't bill residents for a service they did not receive.

LAWMA hardly comes at designated days in my area and end to bringing bills for service not rendered. You are going to end up in a lot of court cases this period.

there is always a big collection can outside some areas i have seen , especially markets , probably free or maybe d community constructed it or lawma brought it themselves, not quite sure about that, but i guess if people subscribe in an area they will always come around, and lots of private sector participation so for me it works
