Here in university of maiduguri we enjoy at least 15 hours uninterrupted power supply.

Wow... That's great.

So... is Nigeria in favor of foreign solar equipments or not, abi was it not these same morons that banned (or wanted to) foreign solar equipments in favor of locally made that do not exist?

Nonsense upon ingredient!

Solar power is not news. We know what it is. Stop parading mediocre things like you have come up with a brilliant masterplan.
That's how some fools will build a random set of buildings and plaster a big banner declaring it "ULTRAMODERN MARKET"

No atom of truth in this publication. Let's have a list of these Tertiary Institutions.

The reason why I won't doubt this news is that most Public primary/secondary schools in Lagos have been running on solar for years already. Pictures like the one I have attached is very common in secondary schools in Lagos which is Tinubu's brain-child. So it's unfair to start doubting without you trying to because it is what Tinubu was doing in Lagos stare. In fact, Tinubu as governor built power generation in Egbin but Obasanjo did not allow him to distribute. He had to agree to feed it to the national grid and Lagos would get a share of the proceeds. Obasanjo never gave Tinubu a dime. If you know, you know.

Another lie.

Kiss the truth

I know the installation process is ongoing at the University of Uyo.

KD4life: 6:30pm On May 08
It's not just the installation, the maintenance is more important because we have this attitude of neglecting govt infrastructures believing if e spoil we go erect another one
odeku457(m): 6:35pm On May 08
Please can anyone list the schools that are enjoying this national solar energy by the ministry of education and Baba's government.
maasoap(m): 6:39pm On May 08
Collapse of national grid imminent. Aso Rock, Universities, teaching hospitals, states secretariats and govts going solar and these are the biggest customers of DISCOs. This means less revenue for DISCOs, it means DISCOs also buying less energy from GENCOs, it means GENCOs running at a loss.
If you are running a business at loss, it is just a matter of time before the business collapses.
So, our govts can't pay the outrageous energy bills but expect the Nigerian masses to continue paying

That's a very BOLD claim...!

It would be great, for transparency sake, to list all the over 20 Federal Universities, and let their s confirm this.

If true, that's a massive achievement.

If there are students of such schools here on this forum or other social media forums, they should also corroborate this.

I am almost impressed... But taking such things with a pinch of salt remains my approach... No thanks to Chief Liar Mohammed!

I can confirm that of FUTO, just before the Senate building. Massive soar power plant construction ongoing there. I'm not a fan of this government but they do not do enough publicity

Have you been to any of the institutions listed and you didn't find solar power installation?. The good thing is there's still a lot of good news that's will continue to make you bitter.

You Tinubu bot still dont get it Nigerians have gotten to the point amount of propaganda from Tinubu can ever fool us again, the only power Tinubu has to subjugate and control the people is the poverty tool he is deploring

If not for poverty why will any right/sane thinking Nigerian stand inside sun listen to jargons Tinubu have to spew 2027

Goods news that never translate to impact, if we go round the 24 universities e sure die 10 uni can boast of full effective installation

Let it start working and powering all istrative buildings and academic lecture halls before you commend them. Have you forgotten this is Nigeria.

Buhari spent billions importing transformers for the Siemens project yet we didn't see electricity up till now.
