Take note that these are honorary appointments,but of course dey will b payed with gov mony as if dey are full appointees;meanwhile full time commissioners& special advisers av not bn appointed,and someone expects d state to b developed when goverment office is seen as a bazaar,mony disbursed at d whims & caprices of father christmas(d govnor) to whom takes to his liking

The appointment is obviously beneath Ben Bruce just like that Lagos Senator that became a Commissioner after losing the party's ticket to Fashola.

Methinks Ben Bruce should take the position and turn Bayelsa state around with his great knowledge in investment and tourism. This way, he can prove to the people of the state, how much more he will achieve when he becomes governor of the state. As for Atedo Peterside, the man is a sell out and I have lost every respect I had for him during the subsidy saga.

I think he needs them for an advisory role. What if he has not made it public but patronize them like others do.
It is good so that we can hold them able for not advising him well if he fails

These are all very credible people and I congratulate Bayelsa. I am specially delighted about Dr. Daru Owei, a man I had the opportunity to relate with officially and personally, a man that money could not change. I believe nothing can change him from the good man he is. Someone will always give testimony, even in Heaven.
