4 a complete system of such spec & higher Ram is less than N27k
Monitor is N6k for 19" nt even 17" Keyboard is N500, if multimedia, its N700 Mouse is N300, if optical, its N500 System Unit for Core 2 Duo 320gb HDD, 2gb RAM is N14k, if its Core i3/5 N20k
So u can do ur maths then add any other expense.
My take, it shd b in d range of N22k - N25k for a complete set

I can't help with any recommendations, in of a decent shop to carry out a compression test on your Beemer's engine.
I can however recommend sensibly priced compression testers. This is something you can carry out yourself, allowing you to advise your mechanic accordingly, based upon test results.
