bro i have personally lived in such a house back in my university days and will personally check house foundations before renting except it is the upper floor, people think these things are minor but there are not,
During raining season the floor becomes wet, i can personally feel the wetness with my bare hands.
The walls are usually wet, even when it dries off, and you mistakenly rub your body on the wall, your cloth will be stained by the paint.
The plaster will be falling out in particles around the swollen parts, your room will always be sandy lolz.
Some certain type of flies/insect find solace on the wall because of moisture.
Yes even though there's this concrete mixture poured, am certain is not up to 2inches self, yet some type of earthworm will sometimes creepout from beneath the tiles in the bathroom, very irritating. and sometimes in my bedroom.

The problem is if I were to create a thread today, it would drown and remain in the background, no one would know about it. The first step is an active to create a stickied (like this one) thread and maintain that thread. Once it’s stickied to the first page of this section, you can’t miss it. Preferably, 2 s for a section like this with so much money flowing through so that the moderation is active at all times and not abandoned as is the case with lawyer.

Mods like Justwise from travel and Tabbaz, the mod from the business section have active, tenured experience in moderation and clamping down on fraudsters. They would be great candidates if they have the capacity to add to their current sections.

I find it heartbreaking that one man has continued to do this for over 10 years and it’s only a matter of time before another victim shows up.

I'm not too concerned about the current fraud by, surprisingly, a known serial fraudstar. Rather my concern is about 'future or yet-to-be perpetuated fraud'.

I ed this platform in 2019 and I only knew about all these after you shared the history here for several days. I read the details word for word and did my own research.

It was amazing to me that a well known vendor that I ed here for a job confirmed all what you said but chose to keep shut. Some people are wicked in this life.

Now, what about those that are yet to this platform?, the truth is most of them won't know. The warnings you gave are several pages behind, and that is probably why the number of victims of fraud by the same fraudstar and his accomplices will continue.

When there is no , the place becomes a 'den of thieves'.

If the isn't active, he should be made to or replaced.
