I have N15 million I would like to invest in anything that can generate like 13 percent annual interest minimum every year but I am out of ideas what to invest in.

If you can get up to just 20 rooms, you're sure of getting at least 1k per room per day from those ladies who will come and hustle there. That's like 20k daily. Do the maths again.


You'll be rolling with close to 20m in just one year and your investment will still continue. Not everyone will tell you this.

May your 15m turn to 15trn in the shortest time possible.

It's strange indeed, but you have to balance it out with other things.
- Does he take care of you?
- Does he take care of his children?
