It's very simple...... the money is for infrastructural development and public finance reforms..
But people who hates the government will make it seems like Tinubu is loaning the money from their bank ....
We are hungry and you are talking of infrastructure. You forgot to include stomach infrastructures. Stop backing this government. The money suppose to be used to reduce borrowing to bearest minimum. We don't have to depend on borrowing. A govt came and cleared our debt another Came and increased

Dogalmighty17:
The bright red colour of the blood indicates that a major artery was hit. Except the entry hole of the bullet gets quickly packed and sealed to stem blood loss, such injuries kill in minutes.
Now let me begin to point out the deliberate incompetence of both the state and federal governments and security agencies.
It is because some unscrupulous people are cashing out steadily . They won't allow it to stop
1. Naka road where this attack happened, is a road that has consistently been plaqued by marauding Fulani killers. The road is in utter state of disrepair and has remained so since the 90s. Thick vegetation surrounds that road for miles. The Fulani emerge from the bush, strike and then retreat. No week es without Fulani killing people on that road. Up to this moment, two Benue links buses full of engers, had the occupants kidnapped by the same Fulani and nothing has been done. This incidents happened less than a month ago.
2. Two Nigerian army check points are on that road. The police have a check point on that road too. These check points are primarily used to collect money from drivers. Once you approach any of the army check points, the driver of the vehicle MUST alight, walk to an area beside the checking point and drop 200 naira into a bowl the soldiers have set up for that purpose. The soldiers merely sit under a tree close to the check point and observe.
3. Makurdi is headquarters to the largest command of the Nigerian air force. This is where most of our fighter jets are based. While this airforce base is not home to airforce helicopters, the base can serve as a quick staging area for helicopters that can be brought in for surveillance.
4. About helicopters, with all the noise successive Benue state governments have been making regarding the Fulani killings, not one governor has bothered to procure a helicopter that can be quickly deployed to search for the Fulani camps that undoubtedly exist in the thick forests around the Makurdi-Naka road.
5. Infrared/night vision capable cameras are a thing some helicopters carry now. If the federal government won't mandate the airforce to use it's combat helicopters equipped with night vision cameras to search for Fulani camps in the forests, nothing stops the Benue state government from buying a couple of the civilian helicopters that can be used for such.
6. The Fulani build make shift camps deep in forests. Everyone generates body heat. Against the contrast that vegetation provides, this heat a human being generates can be picked up by infra red cameras on a helicopter. A helicopter on patrol that picks up a settlement in the thick forest with its IR cameras can easily geo-locate that location for Nigerian army paratroopers who are based in north bank, Makurdi to swoop down and investigate.
Heat in the forest is likely human activity. The Fulani killers have to use fire to cook after all.
Tackling the Fulani menace is not rocket science. Technology exists that can make sure these guys don't have a place to hide. All round incompetence in Nigeria's security architecture and the lack of the political will is what makes these killings continue.
