I swear bro. Some tenants are terrible and ungrateful. I have two struggling baby mamas as tenants. They hardly pay nepa bills regularly but still try to understand their struggle but gossip a lot and feeling entitled. My family decided to give them 3 month quit notice when their rent due since February and the quit notice elapsed May ending. They’re still there not making move to go. I’m just waiting after Sallah Celebration before I go unleash. What do you suggest I do cos they’re taking one for granted.
After giving quick notice, bro the next thing is to force them out... Na you dey lose oo
