@ Habib101 its a great idea, but like @ Stephen0mozzy said you need patient , you might hit gold in the first month but what if you dont? Are you ready to but 2 content everyday for the next 6month? As the algorithm tends to reward consistency. Also you need to focus on a niche as (leadership, mindset, self awareness and character) can be categorize under motivational and inspirational platform while (latest news relating to politics and social events) are categorize under News. The algorithm needs to know you for one thing so don't combine you can open two channel or focus on one. If i will advice news will attract more audience soon. Good luck.

For me i use adobe after effect i dont use capcut so i cant say. but i always advice going for a desktop if you are on a low budget because you can get a good specification compared to a laptop. for me video editing needs focus so i cant work outside my office or home because i will be distracted so why go for a laptop. for after effect i dont go for anything less than 16gb ram pc for starters.

you can search with the term (minimum pc specification for capcut editing reddit) on google you will find previous interactive comment and guides.

What does age has to do with learning? Learning is of the mind. What you need is time and resources. And don't approach learn with a duration (3 month) as even the best are still learning every day after year of experience. Just learn the basics and try to improve everyday. If you are pursuing money you will regret the journey. Pursue the knowledge and money will find you and this will take a while. Nothing good comes easy. All the best.
