Her lawyers are saying, If she wins in court, loser will pay litigation fees of 10m which was borne by her. She will only get it if she wins in court. This means, she's confident she has a strong case in court and/or, she strongly believes the matter would have been settled out of court if the accused had itted his wrong doing and made restitution, but since he denies the accusations thereby forcing her hand to drag him to court to prove his guilt in the eyes of the law, and therefore he must pay back the costs she incurred to get justice in court. It's not a new practice. It's very common in the court system. No need to insult her for standing her ground and fighting for her right and dignity

The case is in court, or will be put forward to the court. Therefore, an acc, through her counsel or lawyers can explicitly demand at the setup of the court case that all legal fees she will expend on the case will be borne by the accused if the court finds the accused guilty. In lay man's , it means Busola Dakolo has paid her lawyers 10m or has reached an agreement of 10m with her lawyers as the cost of handling her case in court. And if Coza pastor is later judged guilty at the conclusion of the case, not only will he serve whatever punishment the judge gives but he will be required to also pay 10m litigation fees back to his acc who won the case. I don't like PDP at all because as a party they have failed at all levels of government and governance, and have a culture of chronic mediocrity, corruption, mismanagement and failure. But honestly, this Makinde man has been exceptional right from the start. This is exactly the kind of governor Lagos needs, this is exactly the kind of leadership the Southwest should be producing and this is the kind of person that should be president in 2023. If Southwest wants to present a candidate for 2023, it must be Makinde. Just within 2 months as Oyo Governor, Makinde has shown he has the active potential to be 1 trillion times a better president than Osibanjo, and 1 quintillion times a better president than Buhari. I dislike PDP, but Makinde is the best thing in Nigerian politics today. I just wonder where PDP managed to steal this guy from. The top 3 excellent governors in the political arena now are #1. MAKINDE, Oyo state #2. ABIODUN, Ogun state #3. Abdulrahman, Kwara State. Interestingly, they all somehow look alike . PDP does not deserve an excellent exceptional person like this. Makinde should form another party please. This guy is the best governor in the Southwest right now. Don't mind the mumu. Crocodiles are experts of stealth and most importantly experts of standing still to catch prey. Their number one hunting weapon is the element of surprise. The prey won't even know the crocodile is active until it suddenly strikes when it get close enough and little or no chance of escape again. That was how one time I went to a zoo too and visited the crocodile pond. Didn't see any crocodile. Pond was green and dirty and was very still. No bubbles, no ripples, no movement, no nothing. I was like hissing that the zoo doesn't even have a croc after my guy that told me to visit said they have a croc. I was tempted to jump the barrier and enter the den, and was going to but my mother's prayer on my head was plenty . NatGeo Wild crocodile documentaries flashed in my head and I ed that this is exactly the kind of pond a croc would hide in and be invisible until you get close and it strikes from under the water. So out of curiosity I picked a long twig of wood and put it across into the water and was swiping around to see if I could get a reaction if a croc was inside. No reaction, no sign of movement or so I thought and saw. Finally i gave up and stopped swiping. But the stick was still in my hand on one part and the other end was still inside the pond. I was talking with other people who came to watch the croc pond, and then suddenly out of nowhere there was a loud splash and the croc grabbed the stick, omo mehn, I just jumped with sudden fright, people around screamed, the croc pulled the long stick into the pond, i let go sharp sharp. It happened so fast. Then I was wondering what if I had stupidly entered the den thinking no crocodile was present and stood by the pond. That was the day I got a first hand real life lesson that crocodiles are masters of stealth. They can stay motionless underwater for long and even hold their breath underwater for long, and you won't see any bubbles or ripples, nothing to show that a croc is there until it strikes. Finally I understood what it's like for those wildebeests that drink by the lake in the Nile River, when I watch how they fall into those crocs hands, I used to think they were stupid animals, but now I realize that the reverse is the case, that crocodiles are 1, extremely intelligent and 2, they are masters of stealth, just like tigers.
