Estevao hasn't kick ball with Chelsea yet, but y'all already know he not ready yet to play in the Epl.

Some of you overrate the Premier league too much.

Hold your bad Energy till he arrived angry
He's a starter for the Brazil national team, yet he's not ready for EPL and their club. Funny people.

Facing a backline of Pacho, Hincape and Estupinian and a bus parking midfield including Caicedo is no easy feat for an attacker so Ecuador match is not the best to judge Estevao on
Thank you jare.

I don’t watch the game, so I’m not sure how fairly he played, but I saw the ratings and noticed he had the same rating as Vinícius Júnior. That’s why I asked in my first post, “What impact did Vinícius have in that game as well?” That should tell you the opposing team was tough.

If you all are concluding that a player who starts for the almighty Brazil national team isn’t good enough to start for your club, then I don’t know what kind of player you're expecting.

Initially, I thought it was just a rumour or fake, but now it seems more real than fake.
Wetin dey worry this boy?

Caicedobets:
His record against the big teams has been poor like someone said here yesterday
He did nothing of note yesterday against Ecuador .He is not ready for Chelsea first 11 yet
What did the self-proclaimed Ballon d'Or winner do? Estavo played for 64 minutes before being subbed off, while the self-proclaimed Ballon d'Or winner played the full 90 minutes with nothing to show for it.

Trump united several factions of the American polity to win the elections.
One of those factions want something to be urgently done about America's rising deficit.

Trump gets elected.
He immediately lets those guys, led by Elon, have a crack at deficit reduction.
They had some wins but then they inevitably stalled when the next item on the docket was taking an axe to military spending and America's beloved entitlement programs.
It is pertinent to note that while DOGE was in session, Elon disproportionately suffered the consequences while Trump skated by with nary a scratch.

Recall that part about several factions.
Well, Trump promised to make the 2017 tax cuts permanent to another faction that elected him.
He also promised no tax on overtime, no tax on tips, and no tax on social security payments.
The WH does not control the purse strings. Congress does. Congress represents varied interest groups.
So if Trump wants to fulfill the tax cut promise to Wall Street, corporate America, and Main Street, he needs to cut soap for Congress critters.

Enter the Big Beautiful Bill (3B) that is America's version of a padded budget bill with million naira streetlights.
Nigerians call it padding. Americans call it pork.
Trump has to cheer for it for political expediency. Mid are a year out.
Elon is big mad Tesla sales dropped virtually everywhere including a whooping 49% in Europe actively pursuing a cause that this bill mollifies.
Elon sees the opportunity to rail against the bill to recover somewhat with the tree hugger crowd.
Trump is pushing back because he is a creature of habit. His golden rule is that all attacks, direct or implied, must be responded to.
That's the latest.

Mr. Man, u are making it more complicated sir .

I think the bot is banning posts randomly. Once it reaches a certain number of posts, then it begins to ban, because I don't get it, I submitted a post successfully without any issues or ban, but later I noticed an error in the post, then I clicked modify botton to correct it ,When I corrected it and resubmitted, I was banned immediately.

Understand Mike Maignan has told Milan he wants to Chelsea.

No guarantee a move happens as Milan’s £20m-£25m price remains, but the French keeper has now made it clear he wants to leave. Chelsea expected to place a bid to see if they can secure Maignan before the CWC.

Fabregas was a technical maestro. Though he lacked pace and strength, he made up for those deficiencies in vision, accuracy, goals, balance and elite-level technical mobility. I am sorry, Enzo is no Fabregas.

Fabregas wey don map the whole pitch for head before he receives a to execute.
Enzo will still be running 20 yards with the ball to make a 10 yard .
Let me pretend Dat I didn't see dis.😂😂😂

Nope. Irrespective of the format, the UEFA champions league remains the hardest club competition to win. The difficulty level remains legendary because it captures the best of the best and it's played in a regular season. For instance, the champions of England, Spain and Italy won't be competing in the club world cup and some players already checked out after a torrid season. Some are extremely exhausted.

The club world cup will be interesting for sure but in of difficulty to win, the UCL trumps it and it should.

Yeah, I quite agree with bolded, Many players may not fully commit to it, but when you consider the money involved, $125 million, and the fact that it could be yours in less than a month if you win, it becomes a huge motivation.
Another factor that I think it will make it tougher is the participation of the three most recent champions league winners, which raises the level of competition significantly high.

With the new format of the Club World Cup, it will be easier to win the Champions League than to win the Club World Cup.

I be FG employee, and I'm not offended by his car ads mocking civil servants. Rather, I find them amusing and I think the NOA scored an own goal by issuing that statement because instead of shutting him down he's gotten more visibility, virality, momentum and a huge boost.

I mean, this guy has been posting these ads since last year but was ignored and tucked away in a small corner of social media. Now, thanks to the attention from the NOA, he’s scheduled to appear on Channels TV’s morning show today and other media outlets.

In this case, silence and ignoring him into oblivion would have been the better strategy.
I get that some people found the ads funny, but honestly, the NOA did the right thing by stepping in. There’s a saying: “A small spark can start a big fire,” and “a stitch in time saves nine.” If you don’t address disrespect early, it can grow and cause real damage.

This isn’t about being too serious or lacking humor, it’s about drawing the line. You can’t keep mocking civil servants publicly and expect no response. In many small businesses with just 20 or 50 staff, you’d face consequences for publicly insulting your boss or coworkers. Why should it be different here?

Even on Nairaland, if you disrespect people or use the wrong words, you get banned. Is Seun scoring an own goal for keeping order on his platform? Of course not. He’s protecting the space. So how much more important is it to defend the dignity of civil servants across the entire nation, people who, at one point or another, include our fathers, mothers, and yours too, or even ourselves, ( though some may have retired?)

That’s exactly what the NOA did: defending the dignity of those who serve the country dutifully and faithfully.

Yes, the guy may have gotten more attention now, but good attention is better than bad. Unfortunately, in this age of moral decay and the so-called "woke" generation, any kind of attention is seen as success. But not for people like us, we still value moral standards. And the internet never forgets, this could come back to haunt him in the future.

The NOA’s move also sends a clear message: there are limits, and not everything is fair game for jokes.
So kudos to them.

Expect the trend where Chelsea becomes a selling team and eventually becomes a small club. Except they have policy of rewarding exceptional players.
You just stated the obvious , but how else can you reward exceptional players if not through wages?

If the wage structure is capped at £200k, and let’s assume we win the league next season, our best players , let's say, Palmer or Caicedo , let's assume they are on £180k. Meanwhile, someone like Isak at Newcastle, whose team didn’t even finish in the top four, is earning £230k or more. How do you think our players will feel? They’ll definitely be tempted by better offers if they come.

So, you can’t claim to uphold a strict wage structure while failing to keep up with the market standards set by your competitors.
Who does that?

There's mirror. I just pray this is cruise and not how you behave outside here. Not a nice behavior to mock people
I've observed a pattern in how some people behave, particularly many of the women in my office. Whenever they start hailing or ing someone, I’ve learned to take a second look, because more often than not, that signals something isn’t right. It’s almost like a sign that what’s being praised is not acceptable before God.

I often ask myself, Why do they always seem to end up on the wrong side of every issue? When they oppose someone, it usually means that person is standing for something true or just. And when they celebrate someone, it's often someone who has done wrong.

They have become so entangled in this spirit of "wokeness" and moral decay, all in the name of fitting in or seeming relevant in the society. But at what cost?

penders and slonina loan, sell Petrovic and Sanchez their form will fetch us the some. And sign Mike , we need the experience at the back, he will likely come cheap, considering his age and contract
Sell Petrovic and Sign Mike?

How is Mike better than Petrovic?
Does it mean Mike plays in a more balance league automatically make him better than Petrovic, who plays in ?
