Hope you air conditioning compressor hasn't been converted to manual.
If NO pls don't convert it.
The problem is from your compressor go and replace it, but pls buy brand new and also your condenser.
Make sure the inner system is very clean before fixing the new replacement.

Two months after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that the AC was not cooling effectively. I took it to a technician, who informed me that the refrigerant level was low. He refilled it, and the AC started cooling properly again. However, two months later, I experienced the same issue. The technician checked for leaks but found none. After another refill, the AC worked fine, and I had no further issues for a while.

Sometime later, I noticed that the floor mats on the driver's side and the rear enger side were getting wet. Upon consulting the technician, he discovered a blockage in the AC drainage system and fixed it. The AC worked perfectly after that, and I enjoyed it without any problems until three weeks ago.

Recently, I noticed a new issue. When starting the car, the AC would not cool at all. However, after driving to my destination and restarting the car, the AC began cooling again. This pattern repeated itself: the AC would stop cooling whenever I stopped and restarted the car during trips.

I returned to the technician, who confirmed that the refrigerant level was sufficient. He attributed the issue to the compressor, suggesting that I switch to a manual system to resolve the problem. However, I prefer not to make this change.

Please, how can you be of help? I live in Oyo town.

What brand of car do you drive but mean while I won't advice you convert the system to manual.

I don't know if it's just me, but the AC in my Honda Accord 2013 doesn't chill as much as I hoped it will.

It's quite OK when the weather is cool like early in the day or late at night, but in the afternoon, you barely feel its coolness.

Any idea what could be responsible? I'd already topped the gas, and yet, it's the same.

Also, the recirculation button doesn't work. I was told I needed to change the control , but when we tried some other replacements, it still didn't work

First of all It isn't advisable you top up gas,the best is to drain all the gas in the system and refill properly.

You are mostly likely having refrigerant issue,pls go and refill the gas in your car properly.
Pls make sure they refill the system base on manufacture prescription. Your car will take atleast 500/550 gram of gas.

Accord 06, just stop chilling. One tech said I should top the gas, another said I should overhaul everything. Been using since January without issue. The coolness just stopped last week.

I stay at Mowe, Ogun state.

I will advice you not to top gas.
Pls check for leakage first.

That means there's leakage in that point.

Plz house am having issues with Honda Civic AC I was told is leakages but I have change the valves and the problem still persist.

If you don't see any oil spillage on the pipe or condenser.
Most likely it would be your evaporator or compressor oil seal.

The driver side still blows cold but not very cold; while the enger side is blowing a 100% cold the way it should

Good morning Oga mosbus, My compressor started making noise about 3 weeks ago and the noise gets louder by the day although the a/c still chills very well. An A/c technician said the compressor is faulty and needs to be changed. However, he said he will put a manual compressor as the automatic compressors are usually faulty, I don't believe this but 2 other technicians said the same thing. The problem is the compressor due to age.
I will advice you still maintain the automatic system.
Just buy a brand new compressor.pls don't convert to manual you won't be happy with your engine performance.

Pls my Camry 07 refrigerant keep finishing after 3 to 4 months. I ve filled it like 3 times since September last year when I got the car.

I then went to a garage today in order to find out leakage. After the technicians checked they couldn't find any leakage. So they said they would vacuum and refill with green oil which would show where the leakage is coming from eventually.

The vacuum test reads 6. And they ve filled it up now. I just want to know what the vacuum test result means. Because I expected them to find out the leak location today. I really hope this refill won't last just 3 months again.

No odour from the dashboard while the AC works.

What kind of leakage test did they do for you.
Was it pressure leakage test or vacuum leakage test.
You will need to do pressure check on the evaporator and condenser.before concluding if it's from the compressor oil seal.

Chief, pls I noticed the AC for my Toyota camry muscle only cools very well in the mornings. As soon as the weather is very hot or I parked in the sun, it doesn't cool or even if it tries to cool, I have to put it on full blast and it will still not cool as much like in the morning.

Check your radiator fans first.
