I really don't know how to react to this because I find it so hard to believe that the former President just looked the other way while all these massive sleaze went on.... Can this be a tip of the deep rot this past istration was in? 7 Likes |

This is not the time to celebrate President Buhari but to encourage him in his courageous quest to recover our money from these thieves..... People who are gearing for "juicy" governing positions should be aware that a time like this will surface if they don't just work for the masses but steal You will live long, Mr President. kettykin: Reread this comment and deeply ask yourself this : "to what benefit will this sort of posturing be to Ibos in general and to those who are agitating for war?'... If we Ibos are seriously in unity; fighting to have 6 states in the South East within Nigeria would have been a very legitimate agitation which our brethren from every part of the World will . Let us be objective when it comes to issues such as this. War has never and can not be an option for progress Udo diri gi 5 Likes |

So so so so sad..... We read this because the husband seemingly knows his right and has a little means of seeking justice ; what about thousands of very helpless Nigerians who are watched to die by these negligent medics!? 2 Likes |

The stagnation in Nigeria can't just be discussed without asking what our Youths had constructively done to keep any government of the day on its toes The gullibility of the majority of Nigerian Youths whose Immediate future are being mortgaged by THEIVING politicians is very nauseating 4 Likes |

I think Wike should be smarter than this....or is it dawning on him that he can't win a free and fair election? If no; why can't he carefully start dotting various ts for the rerun? 2 Likes |

The sooner OP and his co-travellers settle down to think of how to put out reasonable convictions on why Rivers people will vote for Wike, the better. *Anyway; those that will read and believe trash like this are quite few. No Politician or a political party can claim to be 100% without stain but this sort of very cheap propaganda is quite nauseating 2 Likes |

Mrs Oby is entitled to her opinion and can't be vilified.....by the way; was Mr Saraki's trial ...a trial of NASS? Why hasn't anybody asked him to deny his charges and defend them legally instead of trying so much to wipe up cheap sentiments. He that says he is "ashamed of Mrs Ezekwesili" should gear up to air his opinion because the likes of such women are only valued when they are gone. 26 Likes 2 Shares |

The present of the Senate may just be the worst time wasters in our political history. Can someone point out just ONE tangible thing they had done in 8th Assembly of the Senate ? We have very few honest politicians but I wonder who gave Mr Saraki the idea that he will ever be the President of this Country. *so sorry for my dear Country, Nigeria; where THIEVES pretend to be leaders and are celebrated!* 4 Likes |

I am not an advocate of any tribal agenda and will never be but I fully scraping of these "Eze Ndi Igbo" in diaspora if they have suddenly become confrontational. Over 70% of these "Ezes" in diaspora are people who are of questionable characters. *Before some people jumps down from an 18th floor; I said the above from some personal relationships with couple of these jokers...though there are some impeccable Igbo elites who crave for such vain titles in their foreign abode but like I said...they are just about 30% 5 Likes |

A very thought-provoking piece. This, I believe; is just a tip of the iceberg . Sometimes one can't help but consider these corrupt politicians,MAD simply because they steal monies they don't need.... A business mogul with loads of cash sets up business and keeps growing but what does the thieving politicians do with ill-gotten money? They just hide them in various foreign s till they die... What manner of mentality do these guys have!!!? 3 Likes |

Some good news here! If only other rapists will start behaving this way ........ 5 Likes |

14 years for rape cases isnt enough to deter some animals in human skin. A life jail or at lease 50 years jail term would have been more 'commensurate' with the heinous crime 3 Likes |

If Enyema actually boasted that he had more caps in the Super Eagles than Coach Oliseh, I fully that he should be kicked out of the camp. There can never be two captains in a ship and he has no moral justification to trade words with his coach. Note: *Enyema is one of the few Super Eagles players I ire so much but all games has to be played by the rules. Coach Oliseh is the Boss here and no other 3 Likes |

I think any reasonable human being will detailed investigations on this lady and(or) other public servants (past and present). Those who are calling this "witch-hunt" are not only myopic but are also negatively affected too by the accused evil deeds of this woman. Subjecting one, whether a former government official or anybody to scrutiny before any competent court of law is always welcome. She has all the right to prove her accs wrong in the court . Those who are beginning or had started crying more than the bereaved should save their tears for now because they will need plenty of it if the law courts conclude that this woman really stole public funds to this magnitude 5 Likes |

These guys are not just THIEVES but anti-Nigeria. When serious-minded persons like Late Pres Yaradua requested that his immunity be removed, to drive home his honesty; some rogues here want to cover some dirty asses with kangaroo immunity? Mr Saraki's ill-fated ambition will consume him sooner than later. ...(I still ask this question: Saraki, did you lie or steal the money you are being accused for?) 4 Likes 1 Share |
