if you have business name, go to any state board of internal revenue and get ed and if you have company (Limited etc) go any state branch of FIRS and get ed. it is FREE.

TIN is free, it's those working in that office are are mischievous....later they will blame govt...
My experience: after giving them the required data, I was told to come back in 30days for it or pay 5k and get it now... I dey wait 4 d 30days 2 lapse like this...

Better, they should focus on approvals and disbursements because I don't understand reopening application when that have many outstanding applications from last year that are yet to be attended to.
