Good morning Gurus in the house . I’m new on Nairaland . I have an ission and CAs and presently processing the UK student route visa . I did biometrics together with my dependents on Friday . ( standard application) . My wife one has an immigration issue on a connecting flight to USA in 2018 and she wasn’t allowed to board . She had a valid visa then and it was her second time . I told the agent that helped me with the application but she said it doesn’t matter . I have been doing research online and notice that they share information and I have quickly canceled my wife application this morning while waiting for the message from UKgovt if the cancellation is successful. I know it will take time to get refund but I will like to know if we can apply with a fresh filled out application immediately.

Good morning guys, my brother's POF will soon mature for him to apply for a visa but I'm so worried because he has been denied visas in the past by US, Australia and Canada. They were all visiting visas, two were work related and the Canada own was my cousin who is Canadian invited him for his wedding. I'm worried these refusals might affect his chances of getting his visa approved. Is there anyone here that have had such refusals but still got their UK visa applications approved before?

From what I have seen here, some pple even have as much as 5 refusals and are still granted Visas. The only thing is for your brother to be truthful in his application and declare all refusals.

I've fulfilled this school's conditions for ission which included paying tuition part payment. since then, about a month ago now, they're yet to acknowledge receipt nor change status on my portal, talk more of issuing CAS. I used a link I got here to confirm my payment has been successfully received by the school.

The delay is frustrating cos I had to stop enrolment for a 6 month course and ignored ission from other unis for this Huddersfield �

I am also for huddersfield. Maybe you should try and get in touch with their nigeria representative, Wilson or Tomi. I just received my own telex yesterday which I will be sending to their ission team today.

Me too! I declined other unis for them and the delay is tooooo long. I ed the Nigerian rep and they told me I will get a response before Christmas lol, can you imagine.

I’m going to Swansea. Have you accepted your offer and submitted ur previous study questionnaire? If yes, it will be updated in your cas checklist and your offer will become unconditional. Then you can proceed to pay your deposit.

Please what is previous study questionnaire? I'm lost. I was asked to other documents. I'm seeing Previous study questionnaire in the CAS list. What's the meaning?

Book any date you see on the website no matter how far. Then send them mails to reschedule. I heard you have to send multiple mails.
Another option is to keep an eye on the website, earlier dates pop up almost everyday and you can reschedule by yourself. That's what I did, I booked 23rd Dec.
On another day, I was able to move it to 13th and laterin the day to 7th.

justwise please I need to understand what these statements mean. Please note I was at TLS office and they were confident the port was not in their possession as at 16th November 2021. Meanwhile I got a mail that the port has been sent to the VAC since September 2nd 2021, it’s funny how the UKVI finally responds with this info meanwhile I have been calling since the 6th of October and the UKVI outrightly said the port is either in the UK embassy or embassy in Lagos.
