I threatened the UKVI with with legal actions (like you advised) this is their reply

"Dear xxxxxxx,

Thank you for your query from the information you have provided, we have escalated your case to the relevant department on 05-10-2022 and you should be ed within 15 working days.

Please wait until the 15 working days have ed before ing the service again as we are unable to do anything further before this time."

Should I withdraw my application and apply for a new one or I should wait till they bring back my port before making a new application?

We have called the bank , they said that they didn’t get any mail.

Empty NSF 3 weeks ago but the reality is that they abandoned my application, I just found out today.

This is the height of non-chalance on the part of UKVI. How can they refuse to assign an application to a case worker after almost a month, for a priority application for that matter? These so-called saner climes we like to big up in this part of the world ain't totally sane in the real sense.

It happened to me. Send mail to them. I did and they fixed my appointment themselves

The queue at POE was crazy but it was worth it, we were left with the best.
The questions he asked my husband was his school name, course, BRP address that’s all oh.
God is so wonderful
They didn’t even ask for CAS or POF
Left for me POF for POE is not worth it.
Good luck to others and believe in God

Their services is very great I rate them 5 star.

Seriously, I don't understand this anymore
I did my bio on 19th of August (standard, VI) and after much calls and mail, I received my brp letter on the 21st of September, indicating that decision was made on 12th of September.
Since then till now, my application is still with DMC.
I made another call this morning and I was told that so far I have my brp letter, nothing is wrong anywhere. He also acknowledged that my port is with the DMC.

Honestly I'm tired!!!

Have you tried taking your complaint to British Deputy High Commission, Lagos.
Write a detailed letter including all your details put it in an envelop, the security guys there will collect it from you.
