Mama the rule is to sleep on both sides. My doc told me to stop sleeping on my back from the sixth month. I'm not up to six months but I stopped mine since because u always feel breathless whenever I do.

On the issue of side sleeping, the left side is better because your blood circulates better that way. More nutrients and oxygen will get to your baby that way. However, since it's not possible to sleep on just one side, the right side is also healthy.

Pls don't give any cough syrup pls. Breast milk is ok. Then fruits like just little orange juice or small pear will not do any harm to a 5 months old. But in all,breast milk is good. And No your baby won't be coughing anytime he is teething.

The issue we are having is that she is losing weight unlike when she was pregnant with our first child she was beautiful and robost but this time she is just losing weight. Any suggestions will go a long way.

My people I need advice, am a first time mum. My baby keeps moving everytime and then, Hope there is no issue with the consequent movement. Cos I have been feeling nauseous since 2days straight. And I feel tired almost every time. 25weeks gone. Advise me biko.

It's a good thing that baby moves constantly, when the movement decreases, that's when you should be worried. As for the tiredness, try to rest as much as you can.

Malaria still OK to me, mine has bn increase in bp, anytym I av headache or malaria symptoms monthly, it's bp datz high again nd my mum advice not to use drug to control it.
My tummy don start to dey big again, and I felt like a movement last week. Don't knw if it's fibroid too.

May God see us through all dis after birth illness
