Having a downtime is not entirely bad, but the response time in fixing the downtime will show and reflect the competency levels of the organization in question.

Although there were several inconveniences arising from this yesterday, I almost slept outside as I couldn't even make a call for them to come open the gate,others lost money. It is well.

Kudos to mtn for speedy resolution, same can't be said of Nigeria and her many "service downtimes".

I use airtel but didn't have data on my airtel.. My lifeline was mtn and out of all days, it was when small hustle show for me, that's when they disappointed

In a sane country MTN would have paid fine for damages .
