I will advise you top up. In most scenario you maybe ask to submit your bank statement up to 6months duration. Don't send them anything until you are asked.

Your school will send your transcript to them via email. Without the transcript, they will not process your ission.

Ask you primary university to send the transcript to the email provided by the university issions. It is the best route, better than courier service. Ensure you submit your motivation letter, reference letter (From academic or employment- its sometimes help) , waec/ssce (For English proficiency), front page of intl port, bachelor's degree( if you are applying for master's program) and other relevant docs that is asked. Finally, you pay your application fee (900sek)

I applied for my study permit visa on 23rd may 2024 and I have not received a decision from migration agency. My school (Jonkoping University) semester will be starting on 19th of August 2024. The status on my page in the portal is still showing “Awaiting Decision”. This is like 2 months since I applied and I’m getting worried. Please can someone advise me on what to do next because I’m running out of time. Thanks

You will need to call them if by now you haven't received any message from them. It is like your case officer is a lazy person. Someone that applied last month, exactly a month has received interview date.

I have reached out to them via mail but their response is “ As all applications are assessed individually, it takes different amounts of time and it is therefore not possible to say when a decision will be made.”
I will just inform the school on what is happening because I don’t think I can still meet up with their resumption date

Please which insurance company did you use because I don’t know why they rejecting my traveling Insurance from Aiico they are asking me to submit my travel insurance whereas I have submitted it before

Have you asked your school which insurance is accepted (Swedish insurance company or home based insurance company)? From what I can deduce, your insurance certificate isn't comprehensible. Why not tailor your insurance certificate to include emergency and general healthcare, tranport home for medical reason, dental healthcare? All of these are written in the letter. Check if your insurance certificate contains these factors. I think you will need Aiico to inscribe these factors in your certificate

From my observation, case officers are the problem. Some of these case officers don't care about applicants. Like me, my school just email me that they will arrange hybrid if I couldn't meet the sept 2.

Swedish university doesnt require you to legalize any document, but if your certificate isn't written in swede or English, you will need a translator. IELTS isn't compulsory for Nigeria. A credit score in wassce English is what you need for your English proficiency.

Is it a one -year programme?
You need insurace for the whole year.
Nb.With a 1 year programme,you are not entiltled to a person-nummer.Try to from school authorities to confirm,if the rules have changed .

yeah. Did you have work experience? I noticed that applicants with highly skilled are priotized, though I might be wrong. This is a case officer decision anyway.
