For a brand new battery clips I replaced.
I feel scammed and cheated of 5k,I should have bought the toks of 3k,direct from abroad
Now it's not charging my battery well. I'm fed up of naija.so fake has also reached battery clips

My Toyota Camry 2001 (Envelope) has been of late having issues.

I've personally scanned it with my scanner and my Mechanic has done all he thinks and there's no solution in sight yet.

When I start the car it works fine for a moment and afterwards the whole system changes and the car (RPM) drops to almost zero and shaky.

I've changed the Air Mass Sensor,Fuel pump, injector Nozzles, Serviced the injector system.

Now the engine temperature rises in a very short while and produces black smoke from the exhaust.

I have attached the screenshot from the Scans and readings too

Please Help a Brother.
P.S. I just serviced the car too

This car has a lot, black smoke means too much fuel.

I noticed a wobble on the leg from the front enger side. This happens mostly when I have accelerated now cruising (coming downhill) without matching on accelerator. So when I want to accelerate again I feel those damn wobble otherwise car accelerate just fine.

I have change the shafts (first I changed the outer ones of both legs) then when it continued I went to change the inner shaft cup too. But I still feel same thing.

I called a second mechanic I trust to drive and feel but he said car is fine and accelerate fine and that he didn’t notice of feel anything.

But when I drive I feel it and it even makes a wobbly sound too.

I have done wheel balancing and alignment too.

Don’t know what else to do. Pls my experience engineers help me. What could be wrong?

A lot things can be the cause
Right side engine mount
Drive shaft
Bad rims
Bad tires.
Just have to check one after the other.
Try get a brandnew drive shaft.

Do this simple thing
Jack each wheel up and check that by wiggling them at 3 o clock and 6 o clock, If you are confused take ur tyre look at it as a wall clock put both hands on it in position of 3 and 9 o clock wiggle it then do 12 o clock and 6 o clock wigle see if there is a play.

U camry 08 dr8ver. I've told u b4,your wheel hub is bad. The wheel hub is what has that round circle wirh a big hook going to the upper arm. It's bad,and they don't repair it,they change it. Ud be hearing one knocking sound at low speed.its the wheel hub. Naija bad roads have damaged the inner bushing,bearing and all ,which if u repair,it won't last up to a week b4 u hear the sound again.go and buy it complete left and right,it's abt 80k if u bargain well.b4 it was around 35 to 40k. Don't waste your time on ball t,bushings and stabilizer, it's the hub.if u buy everything and refuse to change the hub. You would be near the grave

So I am about to discard my lexus es 300 year 2003 for a 2011 Honda accord toks this engine. My lexus is a perfect ride, everything is superb, can idle with AC for as long as u want and can go anywhere with great ease. But I want some more recent tech and I believe this car, produced 8 years later may be worth it. I don't know anything about Honda engines as much as I know about Toyota and lexus but I do know that I won't have problems maintaining this car. So I want to know the peculiarities of this car and what to expect.

I want to convert it back to automatic but the amount them are calling is crazy o. My question now is, can’t I get a manual compressor that is carry come for my engine? The ac man said yes, I can get a 2.4 capacity manual compressor (which comes with big daddy) but I still need to change condenser and all that stuff and flushing too. Still plenty money. My ac expert here, pls help, advice me.

This should serve as a lesson, replace with exact same capacity as it came with, do not let over zealous mechanic convince you to change your auto AC to manual AC, E get why. cos Now you are going to spend X2

If you can afford the 2.4 manual go for it sir, it very relaible for ur car but you still have to replace the condenser, expansion valve, and maybe some pipes plus flushing too no other way around exet you just want to spend ur money twice on same thing. So ur ac man is right sha. But it ur choice to use. Dont buy Peugeot compressor because it will vibrate for sure.

I have an issue with my Toyota 2014 Corolla and it's occurred four(4) times in the last one year. I drove the car out and everything was normal, on getting home,i tried to park the car and it was just dragging both in Drive and Reverse. when i let the car cool off till the next day, everything worked normally again. it accelerates well and shift into gear without issues. I took a road trip yesterday and same thing happened. I got to a checkpoint and stopped, when i tried moving after i was waved on,the car just wouldn't move. it kept dragging both in Drive and Reverse, I had to let it cool of for a moment with the engine still running and everything worked well again but i noticed it never accelerated beyond 70mph. I changed the transmission fluid about 4 months ago after it did same thing and there is no check engine light on my dash or any light at all. I would need help on how to solve this.

Try scan the car with an advance scanner that can show a pending code or history code from there you can know what wrong with d car sir

Is the car a CVT or traditional auto?
