A 'decent person' by definition, can not killings and unnecessary beating of innocent people.

But I know you are being 'sarcastic (I hope I'm correct)'

Firstly I'm currently not a er of any type of violent/physical agitation against a government.

But the sit-at-home is somewhat of a step forward from the previous 'On-Street Biafra agitation' that saw hundreds of fellow Nigerian youths killed and jailed for involment in a biafran movements.
