They played against a tough opponent. Even at the Africa U20 level, Morocco still fielded European based players. It may not be entertaining based on the tactics of the coach. I think draw is a fair result.
When I read how people condemned the team effort yesterday I just thank God the are not part of the tactical team. If we have lost they will begin to list plenty issues. What I've also noticed is that most here aren't fan of the coach and they are just waiting for that time to nail him.

If na foreigner be the coach you go hear na tactics cuz Morocco fielded Europe based players but local coach like Aliyu na poor tactics....draw with Morocco is a good result

Arsenal are chasing Atalanta striker Ademola Lookman. The Nigeria international has informed Atalanta management he intends to leave at the end of the season.

The former Everton and Fulham winger has been linked with Barcelona.

However, a return to England could be on with the Gunners keen, says Sky Sports.

And a move back to London could tempt Lookman, who is also interesting Arsenal's Champions League semifinal opponents PSG.
Barcelona in my opinion is the better option
Guaranteed UCL & La Liga trophy within 4 years
He won’t be the best player there so much room for improvement unlike Atalanta
EPL is pure physicality, constant running they say
La Liga would be where a skillfull player like Lookman would thrive & display certain attributes to his game & shine
He should forget EPL

Why do our local coaches like shouting, and overloading the players with instructions on the pitch,
Everybody on the technical bench go just de shout shout, even the players won't have freedom to express themselves
Constantly challenging them maybe
Keeping them on their toes non stop

Bruno Onyemaechi is Greek Super League Champion with Olympiacos. His season in Greece yields a league title. Awesome start to Life in Greece.

It seems you have not followed our junior level football of old, before these goons took over our football. We have been known for playing good football in junior levels. Watch Siasia's sides. Musa Abdullahi's sides. John Obu and others.

Watch this clip of Manu Garba's side

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ad4UXxijzdY

We are not a jam body side at Junior levels. Poor selection and preparation is affecting us.

Poor selection and preparation = jam busy at the end of the day

Same circle for over 4 decades now

It was actually a highly tactical game with both sides showing respect for each other and both also knowing that a draw will likely be enough to see them to the next round. With that draw, Kenya has been kicked out as the max they can finish with is 3pts which Tunisia has already and will be ahead of Kenya on head to head.

Folks in here dont seem to realise how strong Morocco is. They have 20 foreign-based pros in their squad most of them based in and Belgium. 20 out of their 26 players. Only 6 are local based.

So because Morocco get foreign base for their squad mean say them strong 😂
The same Morocco way struggle to beat Kenya

Do a little research and hide your ignorance for once. The game vs Kenya was end to end. Against Nigeria, they became extremely cautious.

This Moroccan side also finished as UNAF Champs in the North African qualifying tournament.

Laugh again.

True.
After watching the Morocco vs Kenya game, I knew it was not going to be easy for the Flying Eagles. I like the fact that we are really very solid at the back and our goalie has so far displayed exceptional qualities.

I only just hope we top the group so we can face an easier opponent in the knock out stage, which will actually be the World Cup qualification decider.

Fact remains Morocco is the best out of North Africa at this U20 Afcon. If they fail along the line, that is on them.

And let the teams that will eventually qualify get to the WC first before you bury them. Some teams get stronger at the WC due to the addition of some quality players who were absent during the regionals. It has happened before.

We need to score goals vs Kenya to top Morocco in case the Atlas Boys get one over Tunisia.
I expect Tunisia and Morocco to be a titanic affair as always. Morocco beat them 2-1 in the Zonal Qualifiers.

Now, for the knockouts...
If we top Group B, we meet 2nd in Grp A. If we finish 2nd in B, we meet 2nd in C.

Only Group A and C winners have 3rd place opponent privilege across the 3 groups.

If the coaches cannot identify the best local U20 players, they should better call our foreign based u20 professionals including foreign borns.
What good will it do us if we keep using local u20s that won't benefit us in the future.

I agree, though, but Batshuayi wouldn't have been as impactful as Osimhen in helping them to win the league this season after Icardi's injury, Fenebache would have easily won the league without Osimhen in the team and with Icardi unavailable.
20 teams competed in the Super League last season, with 38 matches played. Only 19 teams are competing this season, with fewer games, 36 in total. Galatasaray can still end the season with 95 points from 36 matches.
