I haven't read anywhere where Peter Obi has said something about the IMF debt Fg cleared..

If Peter Obi can be reacting to bad news, here is a good news for him to react to except if he's not happy for Nigeria to have cleared their debt with IMF

They don't react to every news like Peter Obi. It's almost going to a week now yet he hasn't reacted. It wouldn't have taken him a day before reacting to Nigeria borrow another money from IMF

Abeg delete this thread, Obi is not known to react to any news that sounds positive not to speak of it being positive.

If you are missing him so much go and generate a negative news or invite him to an owambe with black as the dress code and you will see him.

Peter Obi is not Tinubu Govt alleluia boy, he’s opposition.

Besides, what is Sowore’s reaction to the debt clearance?

And what is there in clearing the debt? How has that made the life of an average Nigerian better?

So his own opposition is to be reacting to any bad news not any positive news about Nigeria..

We know those who never wish Nigeria to progress just because a 3 Rd candidate couldn't become the president. Una bitterness can't change a thing about the progress of Nigeria

It’s actually very unpatriotic of Peter Obi to be silent on this issue.

Nigeria achieved a feat, and he should commend the development.

Being a leader is not about being perennially negative while ignoring positive developments in the country you claim you want to lead.

We are not going to allow you people to be sounding incoherently on threads.

If you can't respond to the topic of discussion accordingly, STFU

I doubt you read the person you reply to,it seems you are so eager to fight hence you didn't read his comments.

It is only the uninitiated that can easily be swayed by the well charged propaganda machinery of this dubious "borrow from Peter to pay paul" government..
If Peter Obi responds to that , he most probably will highlight these basics below..

Noted. comments can be sometimes mixed up.

Those people are just annoying. Imagine some of them justifying why Peter Obi is bitter for not reacting to positive news about Nigeria.

Nigerians are waiting for him

If not airikanse
How's debt clearance something to be so concerned about. Moreso when it's just one small amount out of the many owed
Every govt clears debt at one time or the other
It's nothing spectacular
For example, Tinubu completed payment of N100bn sukuk loan taken in 2017. He has now taken 300bn sukuk loan to be fully paid in 2032
By next month when Tinubu will go to IMF to borrow, I'm sure all his zombies will start explaining the importance of taking loans
Zombies are daft!!

Annoyingly, his ers would still be justifying reason why he must not react to development news about Nigeria.

That's unpatriotic of them

This topic is definitely not on.
The APC is nothing but a "tax , borrow and spend" entity..
They don't know how to curtail poverty or job losses or even how to create wealth.
All they know is to tax, borrow and spend.
Just look at the high tax profile since they came in 2015.

Stop shifting from the narration jare.

The thread was about Peter Obi yet to react to IMF debt clearance, then you shifted the narration to how much borrowed, make you tell us how much debt have been serviced, you are talking about tax

Don't be petty and be consistent with your arguments

I think it’s time for Reno Omokri to challenge him on this matter.

He should not let him hide away and pretend he didn’t notice the development.

I have never seen this kind of people before that will be justifying the reason why they are not going to be happy about the progress of Nigeria just because they are in the opposition

Bro if the news around was Nigeria taking another loan, it won't take him 2 days before giving press conference about it. Here is one good news, make him react, he kept mute.

You’re spot on this!

Political figures should be magnanimous to commend good development/news and criticize constructively as well

My bro, you will wait forever. Obi's internal radar system only picks up bad news about Nigeria plus negative info he can demarket our nation with.

Nigerians have seen through the agulu gbajue to now understand who he truly is. 2027 will be a disaster for him. I am.predicting that now with full confidence.

There's nothing special about paying a money you borrowed in 2020 with a 5yrs tenure, meaning the due date is 2025.

Will Nigeria not pay before? Tinubu simply too more debt to pay another obligated debt. Overall, Nigeria total debt is increasing

Let's call him out on Twitter , if his name is trending maybe he will react.
But don't expect him to praise this government because of that, he will rather start saying trash as usual that will only make sense to his headless mob
