I am surprised by your myopic mindset helinues. A member of the dishonorable honorables just disclosed the staggering amount of money they are collecting for constituency projects and instead of holding them and governors able, you will rather blame the Federal government. helinues: |

This is why I refer to Tinubu as a mother-faka! He took money directly from the people and placed it in the hands of non-performing politicians. I know he is waiting for finish his tenure either 4 or 8years and at of the day, he will be 'begging for forgiveness from Nigerians, that he didn't know that's things would turn out. He had good intentions but the people surrounding him didn't make it work' - this is his game plan. He feels he is a master planner but he is not so smart afterall. All his economic policies will fail completely. He will beg! I repeat HE WILL BEG FOR FORGIVENESS after he has ruined the country. |

I have always said it times without number. The elites are uniting under one umbrella cos there is much money to share now with the removal of various subsidies and heavy taxation. It's the elites again at the massess

xynerise: Both of them are thieves. Whatever things senators are doing and getting away with, the presidency will look the other way so that when presidency wants to get its own deeds done and have some largesse and it needs to through the senate, senate also will pretend to be in and sign it. They are fellow accomplices to each other. In all of these things, how much are their online defenders earning... I'm sure they are still under this thread defending them 2 Likes |

All of you will not be against your parents if they are also receiving N2 billion or N1 billion, you will not reject the money they gave you even though you know the source, you will not tell them to reject the money, so corruption in Nigeria is from top to bottom including you yes you.

most Nigerians do not know how constituency projects work. There is nothing like "pocket" for example if i want a road fixed or constructed as part of my constituency project, I will lobby to have it included in the budget. Often this is what people call "padding" but the money doesnt come to me. lobbying to include a constituency project in the budget is not padding neither does the money go to the senator. The contract will be executed by the relevant agency, for example by the federal ministry of works in the case of roads or REA in case of solar lights. the money goes to the relevant agency, they are the ones that award the contract. the money does not go to the senator. personally i bame the senators for the bad press they get, generally we dont have very good communications specialists/spokesmen. 1 Like |

Raregem9000:For example, that Senator Yayi(Solomon) representing Yelewa West or so, that Ilaro side in Ogun State. I was shocked the last time I went to that area. The man has completely changed the place. I began to wonder if it is the same senate that one man is representing my constituency. 1 Like |

The man dey try gan for his constituency and even other constituency too. He wanted to help us repair some roads in my constituency but they didn't allow him. They said he should face his constituency. The man never come out to say he won contest for governor but dem don dey fear already

Raregem9000: Just imagine the nonsense country we're in. So they're ready to let people suffer instead of letting 1 person to help fix the road. wow 1 Like |

Now wondering what the Lekki LP representative has done with this huge sum to improve on the APC legacy of having constituency projects in the various communities.

Raregem9000:I was totally surprised with what I saw. It will seem the man wants to tar even footpaths in Ilaro. School built and some renovated. Empowerment for artisans. And he doesn't shy away from boldly indicating constituency allowance project on all the works. If all our politicians are doing this, our country will not be so backward. Imagine a Senator and a Rep member in undertaking such projects in a constituency. Infact, if the man eventually becomes a Governor, Ogun will be lucky finally 1 Like |
