Delivering the keynote address at the state’s 2nd Anniversary Lecture themed "Two Years of Transformation: Sustaining the Momentum" at the JAAC Building in Umuahia, Dr. Kalu commended the Governor's vision, asserting that Abia has become a model of development worthy of emulation across Nigeria and beyond.

"From different corners of the world, the buzz is that something unique and commendable is happening in Abia," Dr. Kalu said. "This is not by accident but a result of a purposeful leadership style that puts the people first."

He praised Governor Otti's inclusive and reform-driven istration, noting that the transformation is visible in roads, healthcare, education, and governance. He also gave special recognition to the Governor’s wife, Mrs. Priscilla Otti, acknowledging her ive role in the istration’s success.

Dr. Kalu added that the synergy between Governor Otti and his team reflects a new political culture of results-oriented governance, one that encourages national pride and grassroots participation.

I couldn't believe I drove from Umuahia to Owerri in 30mins... Expanded roads are amazing, thanks Otti for a job well done and sadly as it may sound Uzodinma has done an amazing job on Mbaise Owerri-Umuahia road.
