$68M Lost By Africans To Schengen Visa Rejection; Nigeria Lost $4.9M In 2024 (7450 Views)
justwise(m): 9:11am On Jun 03 |
This is just nonsense, refund for what? Were you forced to apply for visa? Were you forced to submit fake document(which is common with average Nigerian) Were you forced to overstayed you visa and in most cases try to claim asylum? Lets stop moaning and deal with the reason(s) for the high record of visa rejections. |
Wickedlywicked: 9:14am On Jun 03 |
Dedij:Are you sure about this? Check the list again. They have more applications than even the Nigerians they are fond of calling “japanerians” 😂😂 |

flokii:Out of this money they will give us $10m and make so much noise about giving us $10m in "aid" for adult education ![]() |

SmartPolician: Not entirely true. South Africans had never had any history of overstaying in Ireland ....but from 2023 till 2024 we started having a lot of visa rejections. And the Irish government even ed the SA government raising concerns over the high number of SA asylum seekers in their country. When the SA government got involved it turned out that not even one of these people was an actual SA....not even a dam*ed one of them. BBC even made a documentary about this ; interviewing the culprits who were from nations like Nigeria, Zim,Congo etc. So yes you're partly right. But there are other explanations as to why one country could move from less applicants and rejections to suddenly rising to the top very fast. It's not always about the citizens needing to escape . In the case of SA it's clearly a systematic decay with our home Affairs where corrupt citizens conspire with foreigners to get them our ports to travel with after destroying theirs. Not that we are saints but there's no craze of emigrating here . Also ; insufficient funds are another reason for visa rejections. No country wants a potential burden on their systems ; especially Healthcare for the tourists. If you can't prove that you could take care of your health bills ( incase of accidents) then you should be rejected . So again. It's not always people rushing to escape their countries. But I can understand why you as a Nigerian would rush to that conclusion ![]() |

Lioness5280:Abeggi, drink water and rest. You are everywhere playing defensive like prime Sergio Ramos 😂 Earlier before now, your people always claimed they don’t leave that ****** hole to seek great and quality life in other countries. 192k people wanting out and seeking greener pastures is heartbreaking and should be declared a national and international emergency TBFH. So who told you Nigerians too aren’t traveling abroad for studies and vacations? |
Lioness5280(f): 9:25am On Jun 03 |
Wickedlywicked: Are the South Africans japping or visiting though? ![]() ![]() I thought we don't travel...we are stark in SA ....now yall are changing the tune ? ![]() ![]() ![]() Emigration and traveling aren't necessarily the same thing genius ![]() |

Wickedlywicked: We all know why you have never seen South Africans being stoways? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() There's something called desperation to escape your situation ....you're known for this not us ![]() I know why you're so excited seeing us on that list.....SA has really done a number on yalls psyche to the point that any small thing you perceive as negative from SA you'll gloat ![]() ![]() And lastly .....there are more Europeans coming to SA than there are SA going to Europe ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Lioness5280:Which methodology and statistical data did you use to arrive at this baseless conclusion kiddo? Can you present it to us or you read it somewhere in this article that the rest of us can’t see? Also, you failed woefully in your effort to defend this and u are just being wise by half. Let’s even agree with your imaginary claims, so if your people find it intriguing to visit these SANER countries abroad, what does that tell you about your own country? My friend, there’s a reason why countries like the Netherlands, SINGAPORE (esp) and Luxembourg have the least emigration rates in the world, it’s simply because, any country that is doing well, its citizens just naturally don’t fancy emigrating for whatever reasons (Travels, visits, vacations, studies or tourism) because they have them all. In short, if South Africa was doing well as often claimed and have some of the best schools, hospitality and quality living conditions, its citizens would naturally find japaing unattractive. The stats provided in this article show the opposite and in fact and to buttress my point, your people who understand what I’m saying used to mock Nigerians with this very topic but now that the stats are out, you’ve swiftly shifted the goalpost. You are everywhere commenting on everyone’s posts😂 Mass exodus/emigration from a place is a pointer to the fact that the governments at all levels in such a place have failed and still failing. In a well-to-do country, people seldom travel because they have it all (Hospitality, healthcare, tourism sites, schools and universities and etc) Keep playing defensive shogbo? 😂 |

Wickedlywicked: I think you're more excited being put on the same list with SA than anything else even though in that same list there's a huge gap between us....which is telling ![]() ![]() ![]() Google the number of 1. Tourists 2. Immigrants Coming to South Africa yearly from ; Britain And Netherlands alone and weep ![]() ![]() ![]() Let's leave out ,China, Singapore ,Switzerland etc for now and focus only on those 3....I wouldn't want to give you a migraine ![]() ![]() Come and tell me what you find and then write the epistle above again to Musk your inferiority complex ![]() ![]() These people have 20 times more of their population coming to our" failed state " than we have going to their "saner clime" ![]() ![]() They must be mad ![]() ![]() The question is; why can't you attract atleast a quarter of those numbers to your shores ? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I wish there could be a campaign encouraging people to stop applying for visas for six months. Let’s see what impact that has perhaps it would shake the system a bit and make them feel the loss of the daily revenue they collect, while still denying applicants for unjustified reasons. |
Ifyz0001: 10:25am On Jun 03 |
These countries should start refunding at least 50% of the applicant's money....Or even the whole money...they would be receiving applications knowing fully well that they would reject the applicant. I believe it is wrong. MosakuAW: |

Lioness5280:So you mean more people are coming from Britain, and the Netherlands to seek greener pastures and better living conditions in South Africa and more than how South Africans are moving to those countries 😳😂? This means that the number of visa applicants from Schengen countries to South Africa must be more than the 192k we are seeing here since SA is mini-heaven😂 My guess is that it is somewhere around 384k and from my research, Italy, Poland and Sweden have the highest applications since they all lack all those crucial social amenities being enjoyed by South Africans😂 You mean the whites are leaving Europe to live in these pigsties? No my friend, they are only moving to the country for tourism to see animals like apes, monkeys, baboons and gorilla since you have them in excess. They are in your zoos and cities and some are even advanced enough to operate mobile phones. So you are actually very right about that tourism part. South Africa is a big tourism destination. I will like to visit soon because I haven’t seen a chimpanzee my entire life. You are being ignored now. Updated: @Seun, na God go judge you for this your yeye anti-spam bot o. You make roasting so difficult😞 😂

flokii:Ponzi Scheme is a business model that involves paying investor (A) with money collected from investor (B) in hope that investor (A) would bring more investors so that the Ponzi manager can get funds to pay investor (B) and keep the scheme running. I wrote the above to educate Nigerisns and to stop the spread of wrong information. By the way: Africans should build their continent and stop travelling or migrating to Europe. |

Wickedlywicked: @the bolded . Nope!. I won't let go of your throat that easily ![]() ![]() ![]() Did you Google the number of European japarians coming to our country? ![]() ![]() ![]() 1. Are there more Europeans visiting and moving to South Africa than the other way round . And the answer is hell yeah ![]() ![]() 2. Are we going there to live in their slums or run-down neighborhoods? Hell No!. And this pains you because you've never seen us living in migrant-infested neighborhoods in Europe ![]() ![]() ![]() 3. Since you're so eager to equate your country to ours...tell us....why is it that European visitors choose our failed state and not yours ? ![]() ![]() ![]() Go and tell your European masters to stop coming here and we will stop going there as well ...seeing that they want our country more than we want theirs ![]() ![]() ![]() THERE ARE MORE EUROPEANS IN OUR COUNTRY THAN THERE ARE US OVER THERE ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() But they avoid Naija ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Lioness5280:I was going to ignore you but then as I saw your question, I felt the need to answer because in my culture, it is rude to leave people’s questions hanging.😂 This particular paragraph from my previous comments answers your curiosity: “No my friend, they are only moving to the country for tourism to see animals like apes, monkeys, baboons and gorilla since you have them in excess. They are in your zoos and cities and some are even advanced enough to operate mobile phones. So you are actually very right about that tourism part. Wickedlywicked: Mr bitterness ,thanks for not ignoring me anymore ,you're far too kind and cultured ![]() ![]() And thanks for acknowledging that Europeans seek out South Africa more than we seek out their countries ![]() ![]() ![]() And I'm guessing the cities and Zoos are nolonger in South Africa, they are in Nigeria or Europe? ![]() ![]() ![]() And do yourself a favour and Google rural tourism in South Africa and see your European masters coming to rub shoulders with our heardmen for a fee and weep ![]() ![]() ![]() We know why SA pains you people and will continue to ![]() ![]() And please leave after taking the beautiful pictures ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

And they will use their petty €4m aids given to African countries to boast during their elections, but they don’t tell their citizens that they are making ten times of that from same poor African countries!
