I received a call from my elder sister yesterday, she was weeping bitterly on the phone saying I should leave whatever i was doing at work to come to her house that she is devoicing her hubby, even she has started parking her belongings. I asked her what was going on she said the issue is to heavy for her to pronounce that i should just come. I had to quickly take permission from my office cox i was very scared. When I got there she said my little niece that is staying with them says her husband has being molesting her for a very long time. She is just around 10 years and this very man which is a father of four from my sister should be around 45 years. I personal asked my niece and beaten her very well to tell me the truth, she said she was saying the truth and i asked her why was it not reported to my sister or me cox she always come to my house for visit, she said she was threatened by the man not to report to anyone or else she will be expelled from the house. So I confronted the man but the man denied it but the the hospital confirmed it that it is very obvious if the man denies it that I should get him arrested the they have all the files prepared for a police case. Sincerely, my sister is the bread winner of the house cox her husband who is a bus driver and who hardly goes to work cox he will complain of faulty vehicle. I personally paid almost 500k for purchase of the bus just for my sister's sake and to ensure that the man is working cox i love my sister like my wife and she respects me alot.

Early this morning, he called me that everything the girl said was true that we should forgive him that it was caused by the devil.

This is the man we(the mother of the little girl in overseas and me) have build a 3-bed room flat for around sango just for them to leave rented house and for them to be happy. They are suppose to park in this September ending. My sister says she doesn't want to see the man again as he has since left the house to unknown destination for the sake of arrest.

If i arrested the man, he has no money to even bail himself not to talk of court case, my sister on the other hand is still insisting on leaving the id*iot cox she can be happy with a man who sleeps with mother and daughter saying she might commit murder. If she devoice the man it will also be on record the it was my niece the stayed with them that cox the devoice.

How should i handle this? should my sister leave the man? should I arrest the man? how do I tell the man sister and her hubby in overseas? Meanwhile the girl is in my house now for security reasons.

This is a very serious issue.
A man with four children to sleep with his wife's niece of 10 years old, I'd take it that he is very unreasonable and untrustworthy. Getting him arrested might get him jailed for molesting a minor of ten, he has ruin her life with his act and she will forever be hateful to men if no justice is done, He should be taught a lesson. For his wife it's very disheartening to see such things happen - she should do a heavy rethink before going through the divorce, considering her children.
It's hard to forgive but it's worth the try, I'm speaking from experience though.

thanks dear. I have place her on treatment for seven days, doctor also advice me to get a psychologist to talk and advice her. The mumu had vanished into a thin air, my sister is alone now, i have asked my sister to take it easy for now and she should let me seek advice n how to go about. bt said being together with him is a no go area
