Mr Samuel051 I understand you are trying to caution people so as not to fall prey but one thing I would like you to do is come out with prove. Who knows he might be a scammer or might be an innocent person which you are just mistaken his Identity for another person. Coming up with a claim you can not substantiate would amout to defamation.
