She might not be among the shortlisted actually and you are not sure. But do you think out of 192k everyone will be called for screening? The probability is 0.018 for being chosen, that is to say, in every 54 people one person is chosen. Everyone can't get on the list.

Luck and leg get many people there and I believed many got it on merit and luck. We not being given or not knowing anyone given shouldn't mean it was all leg.

NNPC does it own not everyone get that. Make man just pray. After all not all work are d in this country.

The girl just dey funny me, my brother went for efcc recruitment, he got to the interview stage and they were calling them in one by one and askingwho sent them, if you can't name a prominent person, they give you transport fare back home, you are hear shouting federal character, better pray for grace

You have not answered my question custom would've have recruit without getting waiver from FCC and they would've have release the final list without approval from FCC.

Have it in mind that federal character commissioners are more powerful than senators when it come to recruitment.

if this is the last list then there is no need for screening and interview. the reason for screening and interview is to weed out some unqualified or unfits. recruitment process ends when you get appointment letter.

Not everybody that apply for this job will get it, not everybody that have connection will get it and not everybody that buy slot will get it. It take only the grace of God.

Any list coming from FCC is the final list. manipulation is carried out before FCC and not after... In the past list will go to FCC after screening and not before. This one is different just like NDLEA where APL was ready even before screening.
As it is now the 3500 shortlisted are officers unless they get screened out for inconsistency in doc or other requirements.

Same thing will play out in the NIS and NSCDC recruitment

Which interview? Screening are done to check your certificates which you and I knows that some people forged their certificates.
They're doing screening to weed out those with forged certificates and disabled persons.

Wen going through the list I was even skeptical about finding my name as I have since lost hope due to the usual Nigerian factor but alas I found my name. Together we shall make Nigeria great again.

You don't need to work with FCC before knowing it is the final list. Brain will tell you that. Forget those saying it is not. They are on their own. Better pray and arrange your document for appointment letters.
