My security guy Received an awareness notice from the Lagos State safety commission guys on our site.

The paper indicated awareness notice,and the fence was marked LSC Alausa 10/11/22..

How do I handle this situation?

I was given a notice form by my security guy that a man came to drop the form.When I went through the photocopied paper,I saw that it was Iagos State safety commission that brought the paper..

The paper was tagged Awareness, that I should report to their office or call a particular no. Written on the paper...
When I got to the site today, I saw that the wall of the fence had been marked LSC Alausa 10/11/22...

Please how St attend to this issue...Anyone with previous experience should help out..
