What are you implying Do you think intelligent people no longer exist? And for your information, AI is not always correct. It takes a person who is intelligent to use AI intelligently. So don't think that people you make use of AI, rely on it completely. AI is only a study assistant.
Sure, intelligent people have always existed, also one doesn't need to be unintelligent to use AI.

I only made my observation based on the structure of his writeup, it looked very structured and formal.

This picture can’t tell the complete story.

But this is does not look like a mistake.

I would assume this is an old structure undergoing a makeover and the contractor believes knocking down the existing stairs will weaken the the structural integrity of the building and so prefers this design that looks like attempt to retain structural stability.

It’s also possible that the under stairs will get knocked down later.

So this photograph can’t make for an informed opinion.
Nice, but I smell AI?

The black man invented mathematics and writing, iron-smelting, architecture, medicine, philosophy, astronomy, the arts and the sciences.

The oldest iron-smelting site on Earth was recently discovered in Lejja, south-east Nigeria, and was carbon-dated to 2,500 BCE, roughly 5,000 years ago.

So ANYTHING AT ALL you use today that’s got any metallic components, be it a car, a phone, an aeroplane, a helicopter, a laptop, a wristwatch, or a fridge, is a manifestation of black African ingenuity.

Nubia and Kemet (Egypt) were the black jewels of the ancient world, who civilised the planet.

Aside from Kemet, there are over 200 pyramids in Sudan (Ancient Nubia) to the far south, some older than any on Earth.

Africa is the Cradle of Civilisation.

A black man, Mark Dean, co-invented the IBM Personal Computer in 1981, without which you would be using a TYPEWRITER today.

A black man, Lewis Latimer, invented the FILAMENT that made Thomas Edison’s Light Bulb last for YEARS, instead of 2 hours.

Without Latimer, you would be using candles.

A black man, Frederick McKinley Jones, invented refrigerated transport that allows for the transportation of perishable goods and foods across the world, for which he has over 40 patents!

So any time you enter SHOPRITE and go to the cold and frozen food section, you are looking at the work of a black man.

Without the black man, the entire world would be living in caves.

Today nko?

The ideologies are not the same...
I still differ. You could say that when you compare Europeans to Nigerians, but not Nigerians to Nigerians. In Nigerian we are just ethnocentric and sometimes chauvinistic.

Just look at someone some people from his region are still defending like they have done Nigeria a very good thing, I'm still dealing with some of them this morning on Nairaland and you wonder why Nigeria is the way it...

This is one major reason I want Nigeria to divide into different countries, our ideologies are not the same
It's rather that we are different entities or ethnic groups, not really the ideology.

Why is NNPC lifting and why is Dangote not selling directly to marketers?
Maybe to checkmate potential smuggling of the product outside Nigeria. The petrol price at N800/N900 is still subsidised.

The Ondo State governor is either lying by saying he has not borrowed since his assumption of office, or the Punch is lying by stating the amount Ondo borrowed from January to March as N18billion.

<b>Further analysis indicated that Katsina State was among the heaviest borrowers with a loan burden of N20.14bn picked up between January and March. Katsina was followed by Ondo State with a burden of N18.33bn in loans. Third on the list was Niger State with a loan burden of N16.19bn.<b>

Power improved very very well under Barth nnaji. I was amongst those few sensible ones who wondered y some people were campaigning he be removed. That was 2012. After he left, nebo Chinedu was appointed, light stopped functioning immediately.
Very true, there was really a notable improvement in power supply when he was minister. The story I read then was; he wanted to become a player in the Genco sector and was pressured to resign as Minister of power due to conflicting interests.

They're producing locally now. Just that it was of the lowest quality in of taste, texture, and finishing(aesthetics) the last time I tried one in 2023. Nevertheless it's a commendable effort by the Ghanaian people, and hopefully they'll keep improving the quality, then someday rival chocolate products from the west.

The sectors that will contribute most to the GDP and create the most jobs and wealth to the Nigerian economy in the next 20, 30, 50 and 100 years are manufacturing, agriculture/food processing, construction/real estate, financial services. Tech won't be in the top 60 to 70%.
I took my time to study the dynamics of our socio-economic construct. Tech will remain what it is. An enabler. Much of the legacy systems and platforms have already been built. The United States leads the pack in the technology economy. Specifically Software, Internet and Media. Followed closely by China, who also leads the pack in hardware technology. The wealth creation indices speaks to their technological foundation. India has done well with developing human resource to service the top developed tech economies and ecosystems.
America is the only country where the wealthiest are from the tech industry (software, internet, media and hardware).
In China, according to the top 30 wealthiest ranking of 2021, only 33% are from tech. The remaining 66% are from Food, Pharmaceuticals, real estate, manufacturing.
Europe's biggest companies are in the fashion industry. They play big in infrastructure, automobile, retail, beverage and snacks. The biggest tech export out of Europe is SAP. A company that started in the 70s.
In India, the wealth of the richest comes from Pharmaceuticals (Drug and Vaccine manufacturing), Banking, Manufacturing (Cement and metal), Retail, Telecoms, Manufacturing, financial services and tech. Of course, tech is represented by HCL, which is one of the largest software services exporters in the world with presence I. Over 45 countries.
The sizes of wealth created by each industries is one of the easiest pointers to where the most economic opportunities can be developed.
Africa will miss it if it gets fixated and obsessed with technology to the detriment of the sizes of opportunities that other sectors represents, especially their relevance to our unique socio-economic construct.
We should pay more attention to areas of advantages that hold true economic potentials to create wealth and jobs beyond the hype.

They don sell us all. In summary, this is all they have done for us as citizens.

SOCIALISM: You have two cows, and you give one to your neighbor.

COMMUNISM: You have two cows, the government takes both and gives you milk.

FASCISM: You have two cows, the government takes both and sells you milk.

NAZISM: You have two cows, the government takes them and kills you.

CAPITALISM: You have two cows, you sell one and buy a male. You multiply your cows and there is economic growth. You sell them, you retire and you live on your profits.

MODERN CAPITALISM: You have two cows, you sell one and buy a male. You multiply your cows and you buy those of your neighbors. The latter become your shepherds, you pay them in monkey currencies and they die poor.

AMERICAN SOCIETY: You have two cows, you sell one and you have to make the other one to produce milk like 4 cows. By dint of producing beyond her capacity, she dies. You take a consultant to understand this death.

FRENCH SOCIETY: You have two cows, you go on strike because you want a third.

GERMAN SOCIETY: You have two cows, you modify them so that they live 100 years, eat once a month and treat themselves.

CHINESE SOCIETY: You have two cows, you sell milk to your compatriots and you produce plastic milk to export to the rest of the world.

BLACK/ AFRICAN SOCIETY: You have two cows, you eat them all the same day and you dream that donors or the international community give you others. You turn to God and hope for miracle cattle. You fast 40 days and 40 nights without eating or drinking so that the cows will fall from heaven. At the end, you die in extreme poverty.

Another waste of resources. The Nigerian side of the Chad basin is the most promising in oil reserves but not fully matured. All the other exploration are for research only.
Are you a petroleum explorationist?
Please throw more light on your knowledge of the Chad basin, as the most promising in oil reserves, and why it's not fully matured.
