Hey guys has anyone been able to get a refund from TLS before? It’s been 11 months I applied for a refund of a priority visa service that was cancelled after I made the payment and was asked to apply for a refund, I still haven’t heard back from them. I have ed both UKVI and TLS , no response till date. Is there anyone that managed to get a refund from them?

This is a big risk, she can decide she doesn't want you anymore when you guys get to UK and you will get deported. Get married first!

From what I have seen here, some pple even have as much as 5 refusals and are still granted Visas. The only thing is for your brother to be truthful in his application and declare all refusals.

Good morning guys, my brother's POF will soon mature for him to apply for a visa but I'm so worried because he has been denied visas in the past by US, Australia and Canada. They were all visiting visas, two were work related and the Canada own was my cousin who is Canadian invited him for his wedding. I'm worried these refusals might affect his chances of getting his visa approved. Is there anyone here that have had such refusals but still got their UK visa applications approved before?

No he is not. He is just worried that since the marriage certificate was captured when he applied for the Canadian visa, it could pop up if he declares single which he is while applying for UK

Since he was not refused as a result of that fake marriage certificate then he is lucky. So declare the refusal and briefly explain why he was refused. Not a big deal

He said they were massively rejecting single people because of weak home ties, so he went to our local government to get a marriage certificate. After applying for the visa he still got denied based on economic issues in Nigeria and home ties. So fast forward to this year, he got itted to a school in UK, and he is preparing to apply for a visa, he is confused if he should it he applied for a Canadian visa in when applying, note that the port he used to apply for the Canadian visa has expired and he is using a fresh port, or if he its that he applied for a Canadian visa years ago will they find out that he declared he was married when he applied for Canadian visa and reject him for UK visa because he is actually single.

Some people are advising him to go on and apply with his single marital status eventhough he once declared a different marital status for Canada application, that it doesn't matter plus he is using a new port not the old one he used for Canadian application years ago. So I decided to ask people here who have more experience so we don't make any mistakes.

I am filling my school questionnaire right now and I just clicked No to same question. School has no business knowing if they’ll end up judging you by that. However, when you get to visa stage, declare all the refusals. It doesn’t disqualify you from getting the visa. Honestly works in that aspect.

The reason I'm asking is because I once got an ission in an Australian university, when I was filling the immigration questionnaire, I added that I have been denied visa to Australia before, my former workplace tried to get us to cover an event in Australia then, the school withdrew the application! I applied to another school informing them of the previous visa rejection, they offered me an ission and they said I have to pay the full tuition fee instead of the part fees that others were paying before they can proceed further, and I couldn't. I confided in some friends who live in Australia, and they blamed me for telling the school that the schools have no business with these, that I should have included them in my visa application when I was done with the school ission process and I was ready to apply for a visa, not the school questionnaire. I don't have any visa refusals from UK because I have never applied there but I'm worried if I include in the school's questionnaire they might discontinue my ission like the Australian school did years ago. I want to find out if there are others that have had visa refusals and the schools didn't withdraw their ission offers.
P.s the refusals were on my expired port not the current one I'm using.

I'm not sure if you should hide it from the school. But I think UKVI has a way of getting access to your application history to certain countries, even when you don't state it, so it's best to be honest. As long as there's no ban or illegal attempt to deceive the case officers in your previous attempts, it shouldn't cause any issues.

Many people with multiple refusals in the past have delacred their visas here.
