As far as u have the assessment no matter the increment, what you have on the assessment is what you'll pay for ever

Let me explain better. I have a RX350 2018 that got to the port since mid 2023. The custom fee then was 6.8M which I have the Assesment Notice.
The custom clearing agent scammed me and japa after I paid him.
Okay now, he sent me the assessment notice which was generated since 2023 and I paid it to Gtbank myself today.
Now I forwarded it to the new clearing agent and he’s telling me I need to pay over 1M+ to an “unofficial ” cos the new money I should pay should have been about 12M but he’s helping me.
I just want to be sure about the law that guides the custom payment before I start fighting cos this thing is so frustrating this days mehn.
I might just trend it on twitter cos or just mail them.
